Good location for relaxation. Very nice receptionist and guard, very friendly and approachable. The house was big enough to accomodate 12pax.

To the Café staff: Please assist the guests even if you are just a staff at the Cafe. Please show the guests the way atleast to the reception desk, coz you weren't busy that time. Cafe is at the center of the Hotel and it looks like it was the reception desk. If you dont do the reception works, then atleast show us the right desk and people and dont act like you are not part of the hotel. Don't just stand there and watch us going the wrong way, plus hearing your big laughs. What a bad day to start after travelling a long way there. Good the guard and receptionist were nice enough. All in all, our stay was wonderful.

It’s too far out from the city center that if you dont have your own car, hailing a taxi can be challenge. During our last day, hotel provided a transportation ride only up to the gate of the subdivision. We had to walk more than a mile with all of our bags to the highway before we could get a ride. That was the single stain to our stay there.

The hotel feels like home and the staff members are very approachable. I was searching for a place to stay to accomodate 8 adults and 5 children. When I found this hotel, I was amazed of the price of the booking that is good for 10 persons. It has 3 rooms with enough beds which was perfect for us. Unlike other hotels with rooms alone, Elliannah Pines Hotel has a kitchenette, small balcony and a living room for us to gather after a city tour.❤️ Perfect for families.

We like the quietness of the location and the ambience. Also the price was okay.

One of the bathroom water was leaking so each time one take a shower, water spread on the floor next to the toilet bowl. Also other bathroom doesn't have hot water. The bed sheets I'm not sure if it was newly changed but i was itching after lying on it. For my other family members, there was no complain. Maybe i have sensitive skin. Haha

The location was peaceful and quiet. The staff were very friendly. The family room we stayed was comfortable.

I think it will be advisable to stay with your own car to prevent the hassle of commuting as it was a little far away from the city center. One toilet with bath is not enough for family of 7 persons or more. I hope they have two or at least separate bath for bigger rooms.

Affordable room rates, clean and comfortable bed. We loved the breakfast menu. Sulit!

After we leaving the hotel, the location is not accessible to public transportation. If you don't have a car, you need to walk atleast 10mins going to the subdivision gate. Medyo hassle kung madaming dalang gamit. But you can enjoy the cold and breeze while walking outside.

all staffs are so kind! the hotel is so cozy too! plus, we really love that fact that they are not just pet friendly hotel, but staffs too are so pet friendly! they offer good food too!

it’s just a bit far from the city, maybe a 10-15 mins drive. but it’s not really an issue because we brought a car with us.

The property is about a 15 min drive from downtown bagiuo. There isnt too mich around but it is great for families. There isnt an elevator so if you are going to stay there with someone in a wheel chair or walker only the rooms on the first floor. Also seemed that there wasnt airconat least not in our villa.

Kind of out of town and no aircon though this wasnt an issue as it was cold all windows have screens.

Staff were super helpful & very nice! Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices and very filling!

One of the sink in the bathroom downstairs was leaking, so it’s hard not to get your feet wet while just washing hands; some shower drains were a bit clogged, shower areas need some deep cleaning as they’re mouldy; dusty windows too. But overall was superb!

Good place to stay. Secluded area, if you like to retire from the hustle and bustle of the city. This place is good.

During our stay there were noises around 5AM till morning. We couldnt sleep well due to the noises.
