Breakfast was very good (more than just a few cornettos still inside plastic), especially the crispy bacon. Room and bed were pretty good as well as the shower. Room was also with good air quality and temperature (AC), and with good acoustic insulation. Reception 24h was pretty useful and helpful, speaked english and arranged a safe, unexpensive taxi for my late night flight. Grazie a tutti!

No big deal, but upon check-in the key was not working, then they changed my bedroom but the bed was not done yet. Then they changed me to another room that was proper, just not with a view as nice as the other two. Nonetheless, it was clear that all staff was trying to help and it was enough for me, especially because the problems were solved in the end.

Not in the sexiest area of Torino ad a very "functional hotel" but a very good surprise, large rooms and bathrooms in a quiet residential area, easy to park; great breakfast for an Italian hotel , especially for the cost.

.... nothing really, but for a "real tourist" planning to visit the city center is probably not the best choice, I was just driving through the region and needed a place to sleep.

Very convenient to public transportation and grocery store. My room had a nice balcony on the corner. An excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

Although there are lots of positives, I feel they should do some maintenance on the building like new carpet and paint

Pros: -clean, tidy, excellent rooms for a cheap price -easy access -free breakfast when I booked the room -> the breakfast had every single thing you could think of! Honestly, was amazing! -free wifi, which is given for all the hotels.

Cons: -you have the leave the key to your room at the reception when you are going out of the hotel; reception is 24hrs so no issues there. -30 minutes away from city centre; you need bus 58 or 55. -the main carpet outside of the room it is a bit outdated - if that’s something that would bother you. -the shower cabin doesn’t have a close; it’s kinda open, but you can still close the main bathroom door, and should have no issues.

Positioned in a quiet zone, close to the motorways and within 30' walking distance from PalaAlpitour (e.g. to go to concerts). Free car parking nearby. Kind and professional staff. High quality breakfast buffet.

Suggestion : it's OK having to leave the room keycard with the reception when going out. The process of getting the keycard back when returning could be improved. There was only one person at the reception and he was busy with checking in new guests. My daughter needed to use the bathroom and the waiting time to get the keycard back seemed to last forever. A "fast lane" to get the keycard back should be created..... or one should be allowed to carry the keycard with him when going out :)

Calm district of Torino. There are shopville le gru, decathlon, supermarket and bus stop nearby. Splendid view from room and delicious breakfast

there is not refrigerator and teapot in the room. The necessary each time return your hotel card to reception when you leave hotel in example to walk in city.

The room was spacious, and the bed was highly comfy. We were allotted a room with a balcony view, but the air conditioner was not working. When we complained about the problem, the hotel staff allotted us a new room on another floor, but there was no balcony view. One issue we observed was that it was two mattresses instead of one single king-size or queen-size fitting mattress. The breakfast was quite good, and it had corn flex, eggs, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, juice, fruits, and multiple tarts. A very good value for money hotel.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center. All the tourist spots are at least a 30-40 min bus ride. Even though the hotel is well connected with bus transport, there is no metro stop near the hotel.

The hotel is adeally located tp stay only one night on thw way to the south. Close from the motorway. Private parking space on request. Breakfast offer a large choice of ingredients

The common parts of the hotel are dirty (Old carpets dirty) Bathrooms need to be update. Parking space extremely old and dirty.

We had a really good stay here. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable with good natural light. The location is good but not great. It's not very close to the city/attractions, but there are two bus stops very close to the hotel that can take you to Porta Nuova and Porta Susa (Bus numbers 55 and 58) with frequent buses. We had a 48-hr city transport pass and we had no problems using the buses and metro in the city. The breakfast was decent, with a spread of cereal and meusli, bread, cake/pastries, fruits, coffee, eggs, yogurt, cut meat and juice. There was not much of variety (for example, there was no wholewheat/gluten free options) but it was quite good, nevertheless. I had a sore throat and I ran down to get hot water from the reception twice or thrice everyday and the staff was very patient and courteous to smile and hand me hot water every time.

The shower area did not have a cover (a part of the sliding door was missing) but it wasn't that much of a problem, given that they cleaned the room and the bathroom everyday. Other than this, this was a great stay. We'd come here again if we came to Turin.

In general I liked staying here. Nice polite staff, good breakfast, the room was big enough.

Connecting to hotel's wifi was a bit difficult. Also there was some weird odour in the bathroom. Everything else was ok.
