The hotel is outside the city center of Cosenza, it is closer to the city Rende and is suitable for accommodation for visits to the University of Calabria. The rooms are spacious, have good air conditioning, and are quiet.

The staff speaks almost no English, except for the reception. The breakfast seems rich, but after three days you don't know what to eat. Breakfast is rather sweet, the salty offer is very limited (cold eggs, bacon, a few slices of ham and cheese). Salted pastries also limited offer.

Our second time in this hotel. Very nice and comfortable room with kitchenette facilities and amazing views of Rende. Parking onsite is a great bonus. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff. Walking distance to the centre.

Spotless room and clean, Nice views of the town, Helpful staff. Good Breakfast and excellant location close to the Motorway. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Onsite parking on site is an extra bonus. I recommend to travellers looking for a relaxing stay at this hotel.

The hotel is strategically close to the University and is perfect for business guests. New and nicely furnished rooms/bathrooms, excellent amenities, and very nice breakfast buffet. Also the staff at the reception desk was very helpful!

More vegetable options can be included for breakfast. The wifi was an issue for me and I was surprised nothing was done after I complained.

The location was a near as possible for such a hotel for someone who wanted to visit the University. Very nice odour in the lobby and corridors to rooms

very clean and staff helpful and attentive . although the hotel itself does not have a restaurant, the one in the underground mall was excellent!

despite double glazing, noise from outside (Oktoberfest celebrations, dogs barking, youths shouting) did not help sleeping. no tea/coffee facilities in the room

there were no exterior garden/terrasse so once u r in the hotel, u are blocked inside
