The flat was spacious, well air conditioned, with a large balcony even though not facing the pool it was a pleasure to use it. The hotel is small and we could see our kids going from the pool to the room which made it easy for us. The facilities were ok as well.

The quality of food could be nicer. And sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the pool bar staff due to limited English but they were all very nice and helpful. The floor in the flat could have been cleaned better. Our kids after one minute of running around had black feet even though the flat was cleaned and the floor was mopped.

This resort is delightful and really exceeded my expectations as its even nicer than in the pictures. My apartment was really spacious, very tastefully furnished, everything worked perfectly, including the a/c. The beds were great with quality linens and gorgeous towels. The bathroom was large and stylish with a great walk in shower. The pool was lovely and clean with an excellent bar serving very good food and drinks. Staff are very professional and attentive. Acitrezza’s seafront is 1 minute walking and features an array of mouth watering seafood restaurants.

Giovanni was amazing at the pool bar, so helpful and kind. The hotel was gorgeous and so was the pool. Everyone was really helpful. It was very clean and spacious in the room.

It would be good if the dishes were cleaned by the cleaning staff when the clean the room every two days.

Everything was great. We would like to extend special thanks to Salvo, the hotel driver, who took us to the airport and made sure that all went smoothly.

Decor is modern and new. It was very clean and although we were in the apartments they were cleaned every other day kitchen was hidden in a cupboard so kids didn’t feel like they were sleeping in the kitchen. location is amazing for walking into the town for the evening . There is beach access just across the road with pedalo and kayak hire. Staff were friendly and treated the kids so well. And nearly forgot to mention the huge pool ! We come to this area a lot as I have family here and will definitely stay here next time. Best in the area!

Expect there will be washing machines going into the laundry room in the apartments. That we needed as here for two weeks. And don’t think the sheets and towels need to be changed so much. Whilst it is lovely, it is not very eco and a touch unnecessary.

very clean with excellent facilities. the staff were very helpful & attentive, the manager was very interactive with both users of the facilities & staff which we liked & appreciated. Excellent choice available at breakfast.

reception staff on arrival could have been more informative about resort facilities and areas of local interest/ transport. Guests were allowed to drink whilst sat in the children’s pool/ jacuzzi, the potential for breakages & glass in the pool was a concern. Dogs allowed in the pool area in extreme temperatures, this is animal cruelty & a health risk.

We have stayed here before and we were very comfortable. It was peaceful and relaxing. The restaurants are within walking distance. We hope to stay here in the near future.

Even though there was an oven and stovetop, it's difficult to cook by oneself as basic kitchen utensils are missing
