The lady that was working at the front desk, also served drinks, helped at dinner and was always so busy! She was friendly, helpful and was really working SO much and so hard to ensure everyone was taken care of. She was the best part of the visit!

The hotel could use updating. It was a safe place, but could benefit from some fresh paint.

Basic but good for an overnight stay. Great location as not too much of a diversion off the motorway if you are crossing France. Rear view rooms offer a lovely view across French countryside, front rooms probably not so good. Breakfast really good and worth the money.

The staff were really helpful. They were polite and everything explained clearly. Breakfast was good. Evening meal tasty.

Bathroom needs an update. Looks very tired do appears to do with a clean. All bathroom worked.

V well located off A4 & good stop between Calais & Austria with intersting historic city for dinner by the river port. Extremely good value for a simple en suite room & a decent breakfast. V comfortable bed. Even a nice view & lots of parking.

Lovely staff, had a lovely fixed menu evening meal without having to book. Plenty of variety at breakfast which was very tasty. Nice views over the valley from the rear.

Long but doable walk into town, better to use a taxi.

Basic hotel on the outskirts of town. Good value, on site parking, ideal for overnight when touring. Buffet dinner and breakfast was ok. For the price it did the job.

The noise at 6:30am in the hallway, they had a sign to be quiet but I guess no one could read!

The staff is friendly and the Hotel was probably renovated not long ago.

Our shower was broken. Luckily we were in group and used the shower of our neighbors room.

Very welcoming staff. Dinner was delivered to the room and was very delicious. Breakfast was satisfying. Wide enough selection.

It was difficult to communicate. I'm a newcomer and the staff didn't speak English.
