I thought the room was beautifully decorated and the location was extremely convenient.

The receptionist, the one who wears too much make-up, behaved like I was an inconvenience. I was disappointed that I didn’t experience the warmth and hospitality that I felt in every other city in Türkiye. I work in the hotel industry so think she needs training. A smile and answering questions with patience is important. I felt like a dog being put in a kennel. This is supposed to be Rumi’s city. Where is the kindness of Islam? A cleaner also opened my door without knocking while I was half undressed.

Nice location. Our flight was cancelled due to fog and we arrived at the hotel a day after. Kind gesture and great hospitality that they allowed us to stay one more night. Staff are friendly and helpful especially the young pretty lady at the reception. She was so sweet and kind and was taking care of my wife. Keep up the good work!

Small wardrobe. No chair in the room.

The staff members were so polite and kind. The hotel is within walking distance to all the tombs of the muvlenas and all the main cami. The chef at breakfast was also soo polite making sure we have food and Made us omelettes before we even asked him to do so. The view from the restaurant where you have breakfast is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend you to stay here when visiting Konya

Very good breakfast with fresh and dried fruits, vegetables, breads, omelets, and tea.

The best accomodations thus far..everything was top notch. Center of town, great parking, friendly staff, etc. However, the air conditioning was substandard and made it difficult to sleep without it.

Well situated in the middle of the city and super helpful desk staff.. Comfy and quiet room.. We had an early start and would be missed breakfast but they allowed us up to the terrace early and there was a choice available

The hotel is full of old world charm, the room we were in was very spacious, and the breakfast while not luxurious was adequately satisfying. Very close to all the historical places of interest and little cafes

The pillows were too thick and too hard and gave my husband and I stiff and sore necks!

This is a well appointed, newly built hotel. It has been well thought out and has all the modern fixtures and fittings, even though it looks like it is older, with antique furniture. The bed was large and very comfortable, with lovely big pillows. There were power points next ton the bed and the aircon worked very well. There was also tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was good with a big shower and lots of hot water. The room was light and bright with natural light. The room was spotless. It is very close to the town center, but is very quiet. There are great restaurants (Turbeonu) close by. The breakfast was really good, with a great and varied selection of hot and cold food and a view over the city. The owner and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

excellent location, clean, comfortable bed, great view, soundproofed windows, accommodating staff, fresh egg breakfast, free water the moment you sit at the reception area.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very good and near to most of the attractions. They provided free refreshments which was very sweet gesture. Breakfast spread was good and staff was very kind and accommodated our requests. Cleanliness was upto the mark.

Washroom was not well ventilated. They need to work on this. Please add bidet in toilets.
