Easy to find location, bed was comfortable (which is actually very hard to find in any hotel). The lady and gentleman the evening of checking in was pleasant and nice, they had a smile on their face as soon as I walked in. Over all very clean.

The man that worked the morning of checkout was not welcoming. Also, I asked him for 1 wash cloth and he said no, I told him there was only 3 in my room with 4 people and the house keeper hadn't been around yet, just need 1 rag to wash my face. Finally got a hand towel from him but it was after he asked me why I needed it and him saying why you check out this morning anyway. Over all satisfied with everything else except for them not providing enough towels and wash clothes for as many people the room is for. If the room sleeps 4 there should be 4 towels and 4 wash clothes.

I have worked in this Area for years and stayed at almost every hotel in the area and every hotel in Texas City and by far this one is the best in every aspect. The location is super convenient and near the beach as well as all the stores. The rooms are large and spacious with a sofa, desk, table, full size fridge and kitchen area, bathroom has shower and full tub with great water pressure and plenty of super hot water. The rooms are super clean, the lenin and towels are clean, and all the kitchen area and appliances are very clean and run well. The beds are amazingly comfortable which surprised even me. The AC units all work great and get very cold and circulate through the whole room. The rooms smell nice and clean and so does the furniture and bedding. There is no mildew or stale smells at all. The rooms are very comfortable in every way especially if u are on an extended stay like for work etc. The price is mid range and in line with comparable hotels however the quality and size of the rooms are really incredible for the price. There is a laundry room, and the pool is great and always clean. The staff is very friendly and I have found them to be extremely understanding and helpful ine everyway, which is very unusual these days to find at a hotel especially around this area. The place is quiet and low key, and everyone minds there own business not like some hotels around this area that have tons of extra activities going on and are Trap central. By far this is the best hotel in this whole area on this side of 45. I highly recommend it and I have stayed at every hotel all over Texas. My favorite thing about this hotel is it actually has a very peaceful vibe to it which is extremely rare to find in a hotel at all.

There isn't anything I do not like about this facility except we appear to be surrounded by hungry blood thirsty mosquitoes but that's probably the whole area.

The room that we stayed in was very, very clean. I am always concerned about taking insects or something back home with me when I stay somewhere. But I felt very comfortable there. The bed was very comfortable. I really don't have any bad things to say at all about my stay there. The only thing is, I will be returning to the same place next time I'm in Texas City.

Housekeeping is rude as hell. Check out is 11 am not 10:30 so I don’t why they rushed me.
