Really great place to stay, but only if you come by car. Quiet picturesque area outside the town, but quite far from the centre if you are travelling without a vehicle. Very nice and welcoming hostess. Breakfast with homemade pastries was beyond praise. Comfortable room with a small kitchenette. You can make yourself something to eat and have tea or coffee. The apartment has air conditioning and two TVs, a comfortable bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The inconvenience of getting to town on foot is by no means the fault of the property.

The walk to the railway station takes about 40 minutes, but the roads are without pavements, which is very inconvenient, and if you're returning at night on foot, it's just dangerous. But I've said it before, come by car and you'll be absolutely delighted.

Marta (host) was hospitable making sure that found the house and ensuring that my room was comfortable. The room and house were very clean. My room had a separate bathroom with a shower (it is a small standard size) and a small kitchenette. Marta gave me 3 recommendations for dinner. I selected Osteria dei Binari which was excellent. Wifi upstairs was excellent. Wifi on the ground floor was weak. The location was great for me as I was working in Lugo for a couple of days. Breakfast was very good with cereal, fresh fruit, bread, meats and cheese. Plenty of small roadways around to go running (but be careful not to fall in the ditches). Excellent place to stay.

Very cute and cozy apartment(fully furnished), very nice looking building really well looked after. There's a Parking spot with electric gate for the entrance 👍. I really suggest this place for a peaceful & a quality stay .

There's no stairs to get to the apartment.... because the apartment is in the attic so for people tall like me is a takes time to get use to the part of ceiling that comes down...😄and if you dont pay attention you can bang your head at the edge of the house.

Delightful converted farmhouse, quiet and charming and comfortable. Marta could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate and fully equipped. Breakfast was wonderful. Very highly recommended.

The location is very remote. That’s not a problem, in fact the rural quiet is part of the attraction, but it is something to be aware of when booking.

There were delicious optional breakfasts, a kitchenette, equipped with everything, cosmetic items, hair dryer, drying rack, everything you need. The garden lounge is very cozy. Easy access. We even got the recipe for the delicious hazelnut cookies. :)

The house is absolutely stunning. And then the owner Marta was the nicest person you can imagine. She was super super accommodating. The breakfast was delicious!

Everything was great, there really isn't a single thing I would say as a negative thing.

We stayed in B&B during our visit of Mirabilandia. Its located 20 min from it, in a nice, quiet place. House has a very big yard, where children can play, and adults can sit by the barbecue. The house is extremely clean, pleasant, bed and pillows are great… one of the best private accomodations i have ever stayed in…! The host is aslo very pleasant!

Tasty breakfast, brilliant purity, sophisticated furniture and equipment. Beautiful studio-room, corresponds to the description. Very comfortable beds and pillows, extra blankets. High quality bath products. Helpful, nice and flexible owner, very good communication.

Amazing place! very tidy and quiet in the middle of the vineyards. Home baked breakfast and a mixture of country house with modern comforts! Very close to the motorway exit too. I love to come back

Nothing worth mentioning! Only the lights switching were a bit confusing. Overall a great place to stay and i will go back
