Room was amazing. Really big,we were upgraded for free.Breakfast was lovely and staff very helpful. The location was exactly as described. Right in centre. Would use this hotel again.

Breakfast was typical 'continental' style with ample choice of drinks, cereals, breads, fruit, some cold meats, eggs, etc. The room was huge with a very modern shower room. The hotel is grand but tending towards "shabby chic". It has a good atmosphere and seems quieter than expected. Location is very central within easy walking distance of the railway station and easy access to the MIC museum, art galleries, cathedral, etc.

In 4* hotel there must be toiletries and slippers, not just shower gel and shampoo. No kettler in the room.

The staff was very accommodating when I asked for a room with a bath tub. The location is excellent, very close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel has a nice restaurant and the breakfast is good, nice selection and coffee is excellent. The hotel is very quiet and clean.

Comfortable and large room, location in the city center a few steps from the main square, friendly and helpful staff, elegant and pleasant spaces.

Historic hotel with very central location in an unexpectedly interesting city (with few hotels in the city centre). Also unexpected: the upgrading of the room from standard to junior suite without being told by the reception.

Marketing could be better :) (letting the customer know his room is a huge upgrade, even though he suspected it was)

Free parking, as stated, but not in a lot; self-parking on the street. Easy enough to find a space (Saturday evening), though, and near enough to the hotel (two blocks away.)

The staff were very patient and the breakfast was delicious! Booked a double room, but the room allocated by the hotel is super big and can even accommodate four people！The transportation is also super convenient, it only takes five minutes to go to the museum！
