We liked the room size of 417 and facilities of Villea Port Dickson. But what really turn me off is the quality of house keeping. When my family was about to go to bed, we found that the bed sheets were stained and the blanket sheets had what looks like blood stain and some food stains. These were not small stains. The sheets look like they were never change and were probably just dusted with a feather duster after previous customer checked out. This is unacceptable even for a 4 star accomodation with a 3pm check in time and a 12 pm check out time. That should have been more than enough time for House Keeping to do a good complete clean with a final inspection before allowing the rooms to be use by the next customer. When we found these stains it was already around 11.30pm. I called house keeping and requested new sheets but was informed house keeping had ended their services at 11pm. Unknown to me at that time the lady on the phone that I was speaking to was actually from Front Desk. She kindly inform me she will attend to my request after expressing my dissatisfactions with house keeping. After approximately 20 minutes, she arrived with security and they both changed the sheets. I would like to thank Amelia from front desk and security Hazrul for going above and beyond their responsibility to attend to a late night house keeping request and trying to find clean sheets. Lastly, this is for House Keeping team, there is also a big patch of black mold above the bathroom ceiling. You need to do better. No point having such facilities and beach front without a good house keeping crew

So far the breakfast is a normal breakfast like other hotels. but still good & worth the money. The environment is ok. Our room is also good but maybe to put extra coffee sachets maybe. Around 6pm they will spray mosquitoes in the room which is really nice. Of course the swimming pool is the best. my kids really enjoyed the mini water park.

There may be a lot of bees/wasps near the forest, but that's okay as long as they are kept under control. And parking is limited. but it's ok just a minor thing to us.

Feedback: Consider offering affordable half-day trip packages for families, exploring local attractions like: - Nearby parks or beaches - Children's activities within the stay , may be during few days in a week could be arranged. - Guided city tours with kid-friendly activities. Or two or three trips to near junction. This would enhance our experience.

Rooms were spacious and modern having recently been renovated, beds were very comfortable with lovely, crisp white bedding and pillows. Breakfast on the weekend was buffet style offering an excellent selection of Asian food, breakfast during the week was À la carte. The outside had pools and play areas for all ages with access to the beach right at the edge of the property. Lovely, slightly challenging walk up the hill through the forest to the lighthouse was right outside the front of the property. Other walks were also accessible nearby. All the staff were very attentive and genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable and memorable, I highly recommend families to visit Villa Port Dixon, you will not be disappointed!

The rooms was clean and well kept. The staffs was friendly and helpful. Liked the breakfast. Simple but good choice of breakfast choices. They have kids friendly cutleries. Swimming pool is well maintained and kids loved it.

The beach side nearby was surprisingly very bad, the water has black stains looked like dirt or oil. I thought it was supposed to be a clear beach but our bad, something went wrong there.

Loved the 3 bedroom unit, spacious living hall, each bedroom comes with toilet shower. Beddings all good. Room deco and furnitures feels at home & cosy. The surrounding and view is superb. Please do some improvement and this place can be great.

1. The ceiling fan at the living hall & 2 bedrooms not working, reported to the reception & maintenance, they said because each ceiling fans has its individual remote and the remote controls are faulty/lost... pending for replacement. Why can't just use 1 remote control universal for all ceiling fan in the unit? 2. Mini bar is not working... not chill at all.. please change to different brand. 3. There's lots of cockroaches, please do pest control. 4. Housekeeping not doing thorough housekeeping job.. dusts on the bedside tables, wardrobe shelves.. please improve. 5. Room telephone not working.

-Staff and service Ok. Room for family with two child (4years and 7month) quite comfortable for 4 of us. There is minibar and electric kettle to get hot water. The bathroom quite big and clean. -Easily to park your car. -We really enjoy the pool especially my son. The pool is clean and there are staffs that will clean inside the pool and area Splash bar. -The choice of foods for breakfast also quite ok for me. Nasi lemak so sedap especially sambal bawang! But for rendang ayam that day liat sikit and less taste. Fried mehoon also less taste. My son enjoy the cereals. Overall the foods for breakfast are still acceptable and Ok.

The beach behind the resort is not clean. Your staff should clean it frequently so that we can enjoy going to beach. But luckily, my son want to play at pool so most of the time we spend time at the pool and he didn't want to go to the beach. We just go once. Since it is not clean so we are not going again to the beach.

Contrary to Port Dickson's beach image of a dirty and unkept appearance, Pantai Tanjung Biru which is adjacent to the hotel is quite beautiful and serene. During high tide, you can do some water activities like kayaking and banana boat adventure. During low tide, the water get so low that you can walk 200m from the beach into the sea. Breakfast is good, wide variety of choices and the taste is delicious. We stayed there for 3D2N. The menu on the 2nd day was nasi himpit and kuah lontong. Tasted like childhood. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly. There's a complementary snacks and drinks in the room which the kids were so excited about.

The adult pool cleaning schedule. Probably better if you clean the pool outside of the 7 am to 7pm time frame.

What a nice hotelstay! We loved the place. It was so quiet with a nice view on the jungle. The pool area was fantastic (especially for kids) and the food (buffet at night and in the morning) was great. We did come during the week so it was quite empty accept some training work groups. The personal was very kind and friendly. We would definitly come back.

The only thing that was a little bit disappointing was the beach. The water is not clear, the beach is not clean and we didnt even try to take a bath. The so called blue laggoon was a bit of a disappointment.
