Lovely location on the beach with amazing views of the beach. The staff were really helpful. I asked lots of questions and the staff took the time to help with my questions about the area, taxis etc We had breakfast on our first day and there was a wide variety of different dishes to try. We had a couple of meals and the food was great. The pool is lovely, my daughter and I had a couple of spa treatments these were amazing. We stayed for six nights and during this time the place was quiet mid week and busy at the weekends, we enjoyed both. The beach has a good selection of water sports. The room was spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had a great time Thank you Family holiday with 2 children 1 x 19 years and 1 x 16 years

I love the location of the room very much. My room was overlooking the sea and beach. The view was spectacular. Initially, the hotel staff wanted to place me in a garden view room whereas I have selected for the ocean view one. So, I spoke to this very attentive and kind Indian girl (I'm sorry but I forgot to get her name. Kudos to her for being a gracious host!) about it and she immediately arranged for me to have a look at the room first and if I was satisfied then I can check in. The rooms was spacious and clean. I love how big the kitchen was! Wow! The bathroom was a bit small but it'll do. The star of this hotel are the staffs! They are a top notch bunch! Way better than 5 star hotel staff!

The room has a very musty smell. I did make a complain on this and the staff immediately acted by bringing a room spray and started spraying every inch of the room. Unfortunately, it didn't rectify the problem. Hence, the management of the hotel needs to find out the source of the problem. Also, there are just way too many lizards hanging out on the balconies and outside the toilet window. Pest control needs to be done more frequently.

I was informed there would be a hairdryer in my unit, but I found there isn’t one. Additionally, parking is limited, and I was unable to park my car on the premises, forcing me to park far away. This is particularly challenging for me as I have two kids. Furthermore, the elevator has an unpleasant smell. I understand that this can happen, but there is also a lot of bird droppings on the balcony and in the parking area. I believe the cleaner should maintain these areas more regularly.

Our rooms ,toilet n beds r clean n user friendly. Breakfast is good n reasonably priced. The garden is rustic n beautiful. The hotel staff Aiman at reception is so kind n helpful.Thumbs up.!! This resort is near to beach just walking distance.

The balcony sliding door is a bit malfunctioned so we have to push it hard to open the door .Our room 605 B The breakfast cafe is on block A so we had to walk to block A for breakfast. So tiring to push my elderly mom there.

Spacious apartments. Good location. Beachfront block has a nice seaview. Daily cleaning, replenishment of water, tea and coffee. Supermarkets (Speedmart and 7-eleven) are in 10 minutes walk, but you have to walk along the road with cars.

Initially the apartment was really dirty although we had to wait until 15 p.m. to get inside our apartment. There were hairs, nails and dust. There was even a dirty plate in the fridge. It looked like they just changed beds and towels. After telling the receptionist they cleaned the room, but we had to wait one more hour. There is NO kitchenware even if you book an apartment with a kitchen (!). They want extra money for kitchenware. By the way, the dishes were plastic and the pan was totally broken, so we were even unable to use it. The carpet inside the apartment was outdated, not like in the photo. Carpets inside lifts are wet and dirty, smell horribly. I suppose they should change them everyday.

Great location, nice beach access, scenic grounds. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with view (with space to add more beds). Good to have both fans and air conds. Nice bathroom, good water pressure and nice soap. In room wifi was adequate. Some kitchen amenities provided (mugs, spoons, forks, plates, bowls, hot water kettle, coffee/tea/sugar, bottled water, dishwashing soap and sponge, broom).

Provided stove but not the pots and pans to cook with. No microwave. Fridge was not working. Should provide front door mat to dust off feet before entering. Air cond in 2nd room was not working well. Water in shower area sometimes clogged. No ventilation fan in bathrooms to dry off. Limited English channels on TV.

Huge apartment with daily room service including bottles of water for everyone.

Could have been a bit cleaner. Pool needs to be shut down, it's dirty.

The apartment is quite spacious, quite big and can fit entire family. Just need to bring your own comforter to sleep at living room. The room itself also quite spacious, quite big and comfortable. There are also kitchen area and dining area, so I can buy some foods outside and bring back to eat in the hotel. The facilities also quite good, got parking in the hotel area and swimming pool, and there are also access to the beach.

The parking space. During peak time, it is quite hard to find a parking spot. Even the area outside of the hotel are quite pack with vehicles because there is a limited parking spot. That is all, the others are quite good.
