We stayed here after a magic day of walking the Camino. The room was comfortable - just what we needed. We had a wonderful dinner in the Restaurante Nueva Allandesa. It was such an enjoyable surprise to have a really delicious dinner in that large, elegant dining room (we were seated next to the windows overlooking the river) with an excellent, professional server giving good explanations and advice. It remains in my memory one of the best meals we had during our five weeks in Spain.

It’s a nice old hotel in a great location on the Camino Primitivo. The room was a good size, and everything was clean. The two men we dealt with at check in were courteous and helpful.

The design of the bathroom was a little tricky, with the toilet and bidet leaving little space between the two. Also, no convenient plug to use at the desk so if you need to work, you had to have the laptop on the bed. It’s an older place, so a little dated, but the price was good, so just go in with appropriate expectations and all will be well.

Nice Hotel, albeit rooms were a little dated (bed sheets instead of Duvets) but rooms were spotlessly clean and the Menu del Dia served in restaurant seemed a little on the expensive side at first glance, but was made up of 4 different courses each of which was excellent. The owner Antonio welcomed pilgrims as they arrived directing them to where needed

Breakfast did not look inviting

The very first thing you'll notice about your stay is the friendly staff. The woman that checked us in went above and beyond. The rooms were gorgeous (we lucked out and got one overlooking the river running through town) and clean. They were fairly large and the beds were comfortable. They had a great restaurant downstairs that had awesome food (would recommend the Fabada). Our server was easy to talk to and happy to joke with us. They also had a cafe to sit at for breakfast/coffee/beers if the restaurant wasn't open. It was right in the middle of town which made walking around the area a breeze.

Nothing! Stay was great.

Everything. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was small but had everything we needed for a great overnight stay. The bed was comfortable. The room was very warm. The water in the shower was very warm too. We had a 'plato combinado' in the bar - very tasty and good value for money.

The hotel is situated on the Camino at the center of the city, we had a veiw frome the room to the river and to the old biuldings of the city and it was nice. The hotel has cafe bar and a good restourant, they served breakfast very qwickly so we could go out aerly for the camino.

Nice hotel stay right along the Camino. Friendly staff comfy room nice hot shower. Pilgrims menu in the restaurant was fantastic. Recommend if you need a night off from a dorm bed. Thank you for the hospitality.

Very comfortable stay, room was spacious, elegantly furnished and clean, dinner in the hotel restaurant was fantastic, ate there two nights in a row (pilgrim's menu). Location right in the center of Pola. Very kind staff.

Mattress is very soft, not my preference.

This was a wonderful little town with a great feel. The hotel had all the features we were looking for (with the exception of wifi). Good storage, good bathroom, great view. Very quiet. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and service was quick and easy. They had a good secure spot to store the bikes.

Wifi was very weak in our room.
