Spacious bedroom. I've made reservation for family which consist of 2 units of king size bed. So comfortable. There is air-conditioning room & fan also. Overall, I was satisfied during my stay.

The cleanliness of the toilet - pleas clean up properly of the toilet bowl & floor. Saw hair band also in the toilet rack. Saw some wasted tissue on the floor. Looks like left by previous guest - did not clean up properly. Mattress - time for hotel management to change it I think

The room was spacious and pretty comfortable. Cleanliness is top and the water pressure is strong which is very good for shower. Not enough water or coffee, just approach the counter and look for the friendly abang. He is a very kind and helpful person.

Nothing much I could say about the stay even though is my second time here. One thing I could think of would be the sound insulation when other room closing their door abit too hard, which could be heard quite clearly. Anyhow this is just a unexpected situation and totally not affect my stay at all.

The rest house was perfect for staying. The deluxe suite room is big, comfortable and clean. The room was also nicely decorated with unique tiles. In addition, the facilities of the rest house also awesome with offering a wide range of facilities and amenities. Moreover, the rest house is located at good location as the guests are easy to search for the foods and needs. Futhermore, the staff is having good attitude and welcoming. I would definitely recommend LSH rest house to the guests as it is a great place and value for money to stay.

1. Had to be careful though when using the bathroom. It's slippery when wet. Maybe because of the floor tiling. 2. The pillows are very hard and hurts my neck 3. No pool for kids to enjoy the stay

The air-conditioning took a while to make the room cold, but it is probably because the room is big. It was fine after that, not a problem at all.

Easy and early check in. Helpful staff. Clean room.

Gate close at 12mn. Has no freedom to stay out late with friends due to this. Big mirror should be placed in the room not in the toilet. Has to leave shoes outside entrance. Possibility of losing shoes and mix with other people shoes.

1) No fridge and iron/ironing board in the room. 2) Electric kettle out of order . 3) No sofa in the room (especially my room 208 - family foom).

My our 3rd night is about ants wiggling at sink .they chnge to another roon second floor much better until our last day .

Cleanliness, friendly staff & spacious room. Location was quite near to town. Many eatery could be found within 1km radius. Water pressure for bathroom was superb.

The bathroom shower control for hot & cold water was abit tricky. Need to 'fine tune' many times before could get the right temperature for shower
