The price was a good value. The bed and flooring were obviously updated and nice. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The Mexican restaurant on the property was a pleasant surprise. The pool was clean and refreshing.

The reviews would lead you to believe this is the worst place on Earth..... it's not even close to that bad. We felt safe. Sure, the bathroom had paint and ceiling issues and the door looked like Jack Nicholson cut through it with an axe at some point, but the shower pressure and temperature were both great. The "breakfast" was pretty sparse, but the coffee was hot and fresh.

Close to my activity. Fresh coffee with good variety of foods for breakfast. Seemed safe and not too noisy. Clean shower.

Doors needed paint. Door stuck on carpet at entrance. Still worked though.

Clean rooms, conveniently located to a great Mexican restaurant and across the street from a well stocked convenient store/station

all the staff (except 1) is very nice and respond quickly. I met a couple of nice people here, cute puppies

the new white lady “manager” in the office was not very friendly after waiting on her to do two reservations. she was slow at her job and did not stop complaining the entire time I was waiting to get a key made because the magnets in my pocket desensitized the magnet. and the next time I seen her I was trying to give her another chance and she handled two identical situations with guests of different ethnicities be handled in completely opposite ways. 2021 is coming to an end and hopefully her employment here goes with it because you know what they say about that one bad Apple. also they are super stingy about their toilet paper, towels and pillows. people like if you leave some extra

Room was warm and smelled good to my surprise. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good but took a long time to get the pancakes

we only were given to big towels to dry off after a shower and had a family of 5, BUT we got clean towel everyday so it wasn’t too bad

Bed was so comfortable, I slept for 12 hours. Good shower and plenty of hot water.

The room smelled musty and the hallways were very very very loud and staff did nothing to quiet things down. Slept maybe 4 hours. Guests slamming doors and kids running up and down in front of the rooms doors.

No breakfast

The Indian guy in office that also does housekeeping is very creepy and makes people feel uncomfortable. Cops were even called on him for cornering 2 underage girls in the restroom.
