Brandon was extremely friendly and helpful with my bags. Aqua was exceptional.

Only thing I didn't like is the very low toilet. I got there before midnight and no handicapped rooms left. It was terrible every time I had to use it. My knees still hurt. You need tall toilets. Lady who was at check in wasn't friendly at all. Another young lady at desk told me I one could bring me toilet tissue after 530 I think. That I had to come down to get.. I didn't appreciate that. Party staying on third floor above me were walking and making so much noise constantly walking. I never complained because I didn't want it to get worst

Absolutely fantastic and worth the price. I was a little skeptical because I’ve never of My Place Hotel before, but when speaking with the staff it appears to be a newer chain. Regardless I was informed that the building is only a few years old and it shows! Everything here so clean and fresh, so much so that it felt like we were the first ones who ever got to use our room. We didn’t have a chance to use the kitchen during this visit, but it’s a huge blessing to have access to a kitchen when you have family who are on restricted diets and it’s difficult to find restaurants than can accommodate them. It’s just so much better when you can make something fresh and don’t have to worry about pre-packing every meal or worry about spoilage. Between the cleanliness and kitchen all for a good price, this hotel has instantly become my number one pick when I’m in the area.

Right next to highway, great location for who takes business trip nearby. Room is quite big, enough spaces for luggage and everything. Bed is nice and comfy, hot coffee is always ready in the lobby, which is really nice while visit Wioxm in winter.

There is little a kitchen in the room with microwave and stove, but no pots or any other equipment and tableware, it would be nice if it's full equipped.

Lovely clean hotel in quiet location. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes drive.

We booked this room because it had a kitchen. And technically it did come with a kitchen, in that there was a fridge, stove top and microwave. However if you are hoping to self cater as we were, you’ll be sorely disappointed as there is not a single pot, pan, utensil, or piece of cutlery to be found. Maybe you’re supposed to bring you own?

The location was great close to freeway, the cleanliness, staff was great thanks Yvette for being such a great receptionist you answered all my questions upon arrival. I would recommend this hotel stay for families. The full size refrigerator and 2 burners was a plus for me. I’ll be back soon.

No pool, or breakfast but other than that you do have a kitchen with full size kitchen and 2 burners to make your own meals

Excellent place to stay. We were there for 9 days and used the kitchen area in the room to cook some meals. You do have to bring your own cookware, utensils, plates, etc, but the stove worked great. The room had a full-sized fridge and amicrowave as well. Due to our sleeping needs, I slept in the recliner, and I found it to be very comfortable. The staff were excellent to work with. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Toilets could flush better.

Rate was very fair. Place was exceptionally clean. Place has been updated and shower water pressure very good. Liked little kitchen area and full sized fridge.

Didn't like looking at the open closet located to the left of the TV on the main wall and right across from bed. A door would have solved this.

Great location! Staff was fantastic. The kitchenette was amazing!

The bathroom counter was incredibly small. The tv was also very small. There was absolutely no utensils, cups,pans or dishes in the kitchenette. We had to go out and purchase these items.The Aldi down the street came in clutch. All the lights were on 1 switch which made it impossible to have a light in the kitchenette on and light by the beds off.

Liked the location, price, and service of staff. Welcoming. Answered questions, gave applicable informative suggestions.

Ice. Even though we turned the ocean maker on in our freezer. There was no ice that evening and only a handful of ice for us the next morning. Ice machine in common area for guests is essential, especially in the summer months.

Great staff always helpful. Beautiful rooms with large kitchen. Location convenient to major highways. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Great value for the price.

If the hotel offered a small continental to go breakfast included in the price.
