The location near the interstate was very good for my needs. The front desk people were great and enjoyable to talk to. They helped me out when I lost my key to the room. The hotel needs updating, but "as is" the hotel is a good value for the money. People from all over the world stay there.

The hotel is old and needs updating. The guest rooms need updating. The desk chair needed to be replaced. The HVAC could be updated. The vehicle parked next to my vehicle had its catalytic converter stolen overnight. My vehicle was too close to the ground to allow access to the converter for a thief.

Great breakfast with sausage and eggs. Firm and comfortable beds. Close to downtown Glenview and only minutes away from many strip malls and restaurants. There's lots of parking. Elly's Pancakes is across the street, an excellent family eatery.

Some room electric outlets did not work and the TV was not connected to an antenna or cable box. Room was not well lit, no ceiling lights.

I like the proximity to the event venue, easy of check, and the variety of restaurants in close proximity. Some in walking distance.

I did not like the coffee maker and supplies for tea on the face basin sink counter. I understand the counter is outside the bathroom, but for hygienic reasons, I would rather that they were placed on the desk.

The breakfast was great. We also loved the room and the staff. The only reservation I have is in the room there’s carpet which is difficult for people in wheelchairs to navigate on other than that everything was great.

Move it remove the carpet from rooms where you’re going to have people with wheelchair stay

Clean place! The breakfast is your typical small breakfast items. Nice stay!

Their smoke detectors are VERY touchy. Our shower ventilation system did not work. During a hot shower it set off the smoke alarm and the fire department showed up. A little embarrassing. Hopefully the vents get fixed. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

I appreciated the customer service. Not only were we greeted when we checked in, but we were greeted each time we passed through the lobby. Both front desk staff were accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. I want to say thank you all very much, from the front staff to the housekeeper! We appreciate you all!

I have no complaints.

It has some wear and tear which is inevitable. Everything by was clean and the staff was nice. I would stay here again.

Towels need to be replaced.

Lots of free parking. Safe neighborhood. Free breakfast. Nice staff.

Towels were very thin and scratchy. Carpets and furniture didn’t look very clean. One of my rooms had outlets that didn’t work and the door handle was really loose.

We liked the breakfast options. One person supplemented with his own cereal. All were happy with it.

We were concerned that the bathtub had no anti-skid texture on its floor. That made it very slippery. Also, there was no grab bar to help step in/out of the tub.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hallway lighting is dim and dull and can be improved.
