We really enjoyed our stay here and were happy we chose this place. The breakfast was awesome — we loved it! Relaxing in the hot tub after a long, tiring day was a highlight for us. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We honestly don’t recall anything we didn’t like during our stay — everything was great! The only suggestion we have is to consider giving families with young kids a ground-floor room, if possible. It would help avoid any disturbance to others in case the little ones are running or jumping around. We did experience some noise from the room above us, but the receptionist handled it quickly and professionally. We were very impressed with the way it was taken care of.

This hotel has all kind of amenities from fitness room, pool and hot tub and continental breakfast. Also my room is big and spacious, this hotel is very clean and quite .And the poll is very warm and relaxing, in fact the best best pool temperature ever. And the staff are very nice and friendly.

Only one thing that we are not happy with; and that is the bed is a bit too high for my liking and it make a squeaking sound when we move and the pillows are not comfy at all.

The hotel is excellent: clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient, though we did miss having some sausages. But we liked that cherries were included among the fruits. The location is very convenient—about a 15-minute drive to downtown Kelowna. There’s also a delicious buffet right next to the hotel, where you can enjoy a great lunch or dinner without having to worry about anything.

They had vacancy

The room wasn’t clean enough. The toilet was not clean on the outside. It’s a budget accommodation and it’s good enough. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is ample parking overall. The Chinese food restaurant is decent. The whole property is dated but not to the point that it’s an issue for me

Clean, quiet and great parking for my work truck and trailer. I left before the breakfast hours but the staff packed me a bag to take with me. Thank you so much!

The fact that $100.00 deposit is charged to your credit card immediately but not returned for two to five business days. Even when the room was paid for in advance and not by choice. Booking.com took the payment even though I chose to pay when my stay was complete. Why are the summer rates double? I travel for work all year long and I don't charge my clients double in the summer.

Hotel was in a convenient location for our onward travel to Victoria very clean and helpful friendly staff pillows were a bit weird about 2 foot square so not sure what that's about. Breakfast was OK for free. Overall would stay there again

The pool area and hallways could have used a little morning cleaning. The hot tub was very hot almost too hot. But otherwise very happy with our stay.

Room was clean, large with a nice feel. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Price for one night was acceptable. Breakfast not a good thing: bread and coffee. Otherwise we still got a lovely room!

There was a lady yelling at us out of the window (office) when we parked at the back of the building, not to park there as there was an event coming. We never saw the event, nor was that parking used. Got yelled at for nothing.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient for all the of tasks I need to do when I am in West Kelowna. I feel like there is value for money here.

One morning it sounded like there was a Clydesdale in the room above me as someone with heavy feet was walking around...a lot.

Good variety of food at breakfast. Attentive worker who keeps items well stocked. The breakfast room has a nice view. Our hotel room was clean and looked recently renovated.
