We were on a street-facing room upstairs. The room is very basic but has everything you need. There is no air conditioning but we were visiting in the fall so none was needed. There is a stand fan in the room if needed. The room had a fridge and a few options to create a mini-bar and snacks. The location is superb situated between Luther and Malancthon's homes. Any basic spaces in the room was made up with the nice hot shower with great water pressure and the breakfast. Several warm and cold protein choices, fruit juices and whole fruits, and they even warmed up gluten free rolls for me!

Excellent and rich breakfast buffet (incl. Bavarian sausages) till 10 a.m., awesome location next to Lutherhaus in the historical centre of Lutherstadt Wittenberg, nice and comfortable sauna + steam cabin for a very reasonable surcharge (10 EUR for unlimited stay), the hotel exceeds **** standard in some aspects! Would definitely stay again!

A bit expensive parking (16 EUR/night) in hotel garage however it is easily possible to park your car at a free parking place just several hunddred meters from the hotel, if you do not require the maximum comfort. ;-)

Hotel was clean in a good location. There was no noise from neighborhood. The receptionist was nice.

We booked 35 m room with Queen size bed. We had small 18 m room with normal bed. When I asked the receptionist, she told us we got what we booked. Normally there is 2 single beds. More willingness to switch the room from the hotel staff would be nice when the hotel was not full. This attitude is not correct. It was business trip and we needed to work in the room, which was quite small. For one night it was ok, for more nights too small.

The hotel is elegant, welcoming and is in an excellent location. The staff were lovely and helpful. Behind the hotel there is a quite large public parking lot, but they also have an own underground parking with a bicycle area. We had a dog with us and were pleasantly surprised to find a small matt and a bowl in the room. One more good thing is that there is no traffic on the street by the hotel so it is really quiet at night.

We had a pleasant stay and liked almost everything. This could be better: the breakfast was good but pretty standard. The bicycle area in the garage also stored some metal frames and objects that could be removed for safety and easier access.

Loved it. there were dishes for all the people we tried all and enjoyed everything, I will say something if it is not good

WiFi was slow and dropped from time to time, I have a new laptop and had no problems using it on trains but I could not get it connected to their system, when I asked about it they said "Your laptop is the problem" so I did not get any help in this matter, and I know my way around computers. I have fast internet speed 550+ Mbs and good WiFi set up at home. While I was at the Best Western I did an internet speed test the range over a few days and different times was 17 - 25 Mbs

Central location in a small, sweet town. Hotel was quiet. Umbrellas to borrow when it was pouring rain.

As a large family, we seemed out of place—like we weren’t their target clientele. Far less accommodation to English speaking than we were expecting—not necessarily tarting international travelers.

The Hotel is perfectly in the middle of the town, a walking distance from all the attractions. It has underground parking, which is very easily accessible (OK, quite a trip around the town, but no problem at all to find it).

Everything was fine.

Nice hotel on the edge of town centre 10 mins walk to centre or 10 mins walk the other way to the railway station. Nice and quiet good room friendly staff didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive.

Very good location between the Melanchthon and Luther places within the old town. Comfortable rooms in a 1990s hotel building that fits in alright. Good breakfast.

It was interesting that the Family room actually consisted of two rooms, but unfortunately didn’t have a door to separate the two.
