Great apartment, clean, spacious and modern.

There are too many requirements when checking in, they tell us don't touch this, don't do that, etc. This should be written on an agreement on a paper, not told to us like we're misbehaving children. Also, they mentioned that because I booked from booking.com, I do not have access to parking for free. They told me to next time book directly with them. What difference does it make if I book with you or booking.com? I'm still a paying guest!!

Modern apartments with high quality. Comfortable beds, good location just a short walk from both the boulevard and old town. Kitchen has all you need. High speed internet and parking garage in the basement (12 euros/day extra cost if not booked directly with the company). Nice pool away from the main road. Service is good, check-in and check-out mainly done by use of WhatsApp. Good digital manuals for the use of the apartment. No change of towels or cleaning if the stay is 6 days or shorter. Beach towels available from the reception.

There is a lot of traffic noise on the sea side, where all balconies are located. We were on the 1st floor, and you are basically sitting in the traffic. Not to bad during night, but it stops quite late in the evening and starts early in the morning. The main bedroom in our apartment (apartment with 3 bedrooms) was facing the street, the other two bedrooms were facing the pool and not so much bothered by noise. Try to get a room higher up if possible....

The penthouse apartment was beautiful – we really enjoyed using the barbecue, the jacuzzi, and especially the huge terrace! The neighborhood itself is not particularly attractive, and it’s quite far from Puerto Banús, but the old town is only a 15-minute walk away. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

The view was not a full 5-star experience, since on both sides there is a hospital building that doesn’t look very nice, and this hasn’t been mentioned in previous reviews. The air conditioning could not be controlled separately in each room. The pool does not face the beach and I think it is small for so many people. Also, the beach right in front of the hotel was not nice – the water was dirty – so we walked 15–20 minutes every day to find a better one.

I liked the location which was an enjoyable walk to the old town and not too far to walk in the heating. Very accessible to go out in the morning, return to get changed and go back out in the evening. The pool was nice and not too many people consider we were there in high season. It was nice and spacious and very clean. It was nice to see reception staff who were helpful and friendly. The garage parking was a bonus too, that we were not driving around trying to find a parking space .

It would be good to show the photos more obvious of the type of apartment that we booked which was really nice , but rather deceiving when the photo keeps coming up as a hot tub on a terrace when that must be a select apartment (s). It was also rather noisy with the traffic if you sat out on the balcony, which wasn’t a major issue as we were out most of the time and when we were were in the accommodation the apartment glazed balcony doors were very good sound proofing. The pool was a little exposed to the street, so a suggestion would be to have a part screen on the inside of the entrance gate and more planting between the pool and Road side for privacy.

Very clean and modern style. The staff were helpful and really friendly. The pool was a great size and got lots of sun up until late evening, no buildings blocking it. Many loungers around so always had somewhere to lie. Even though a bar was not here, you were able to eat and drink by the pool, and they plastic cups to borrow as well as pool towels with no deposits needed.

That you have to take your bins out at the end of the stay. This was a real inconvenience to be honest as we had last bits of rubbish at 3am when we checked out, so it meant going through the streets late at night. Also, I believe it is not the guests job to dispose of rubbish when you pay for an apartment stay.

A well equipped property centrally located right next to old Marbella. There is a pool in the back that we didn’t use. Washer in the apartment too which is useful. There is staff onsite to help with whatever is needed and they are also available via WhatsApp. Apartment was modern and clean.

Wish there were more towels! We only had one large towel for the body and a medium one for the hair. No face cloths. You can check out a pool towel by the pool Though so I suppose if one is desperate for towels for their shower you can use that.

The room was modern and there were excellent television channel options. The bedding was comfortable. Keyless entry was very easy and convenient. There was no noise from any other apartments. The cafe at the bottom of the building was very good and handy.

There was an excellent sized balcony, but I found the road noise too loud to sit out there, however I couldn't hear the noise inside with the doors shut. You will have to spend around 20 minutes to walk to the historic centre and beaches or get taxis, which are located across the road.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, as a small group of friends it was great to have plenty of space to spread out, great kitchen facilities and spacious balcony. The location was great for getting around - a little tricky sometimes to get taxis, but still a great base for exploring and great facilities within walking distance (big supermarket nearby). The pool area was lovely and often nice and quiet, we had no difficulty getting a sunbed anytime of the day. We'd definitely book again!

The road was a little noisy but didn't really impact our stay. Also, ensure you make note of the gate/door codes for access after 10pm.

The apartments were absolutely amazing. There was so much space, they are modern and sparkling clean. The breakdown of the room is perfect for large groups due to lots of options for single beds and 2 bathrooms for a 3 bedroom apartment. We all loved the accommodation, so much so that a few out of the group have booked the apartments to return this year . The location was excellent, only 5 mins from the beach and the promenade and 15 minutes walk to old town. We all loved it! Thank you

Very modern and spacious apartment. Everything worked well in the apartment and it was perfectly presented when we got there. The staff at reception were very helpful and the communication from them before, during and after we arrived was excellent.

Not ideal to have to remove the bins ourselves at the end of our stay, even though they very clearly showed where we could get rid of rubbish and it was nearby and easy to do.
