We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Also, pat-friendly! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect – close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again in the future!

The Breakfast was exceptionally good and quite filling. The staff is courteous, professional and beyond helpful.

During peak hours of later in the evening, finding parking can be a challenge due to the parking lot is for the hotel and local apartments. Twice I was forced to park on the street.

The room has everything you need, very clean, cozy balcony, nice and tranquil location, comfortable beds, bags for thermal complex, good breakfast, friendly staff, my second stay here and I will definitely come back

The second room was basically a narrow corridor with a bed, would not book this room for the second time

Nice staff, they were very responsive and even if we arrived late, they arranged check in well. Very recommend. The room is beautiful decorated. Comfortable beds. Nice location.

Its better for longer stays. We couldnt use the sauna or jacuzzi because we had no time to use it. Wish we could stay longer next time.

great location, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, attention to the details. we were given nice bags with everything we needed to attend the termal resort. the staff was very friendly and helpful

The service and receptionist was very considerate and nice. There was no time we felt unconfortable and the hotel made sure we had all we need - going through the pandemic. Minor things that was huge for us was the offered early check-in and late check-out during the off seasin time. Also we were offered corona tests since most visitors also want to take a look at the Frankentherme. At last. the knives in the kitchen were actually sharp!!

Gym was all broken down. Only one piece of equipment was functional

We were at the appartement with kitchen: All good, well equipped kitchen, pleasant balcony.

Second bedroom extremely small.

Large room with well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. Easy parking.

Location a bit further away from sights

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful. No hesitation to stay here again.
