A beautiful Chateau set in a stunning location, from the moment we arrived, Betty and team were so accommodating and helpful, the instructions, were to use it like your home. The restaurant was quite spectacular, with the team ( including 4 chefs) taking care of your requests. A wonderful place and we look forward to making a return visit 👍😀

The only thing I could mention in the whole of the stay, was the lack of tea / coffee in the room, but this was made up for with an honesty bar on the main floor( we were told to help yourself and make a note of what you had )

The location is absolutely wonderful - the chateau is set in a huge estate of woods and lakes just above the Seine. It is idyllic. Our room was large and comfortable with fabulous views over the parkland (albeit up 68 stairs) and the restaurant attcahed to the hotel is truly excellent. We had book a superior room requesting a view. To our dismay, after a very long journey, we were checked into a cupboard of a room overlooking the courtyard and car park. We complained and were immediately moved to a much nicer, much larger room with a fabulous view, but it was obviously a room that isn't used much - there was no water, the shower didn't work etc. Everyone was very helpful but if you check into an expensive hotel you do expect to be looked after without complaining. Organisationally the place is a bit chaotic.

Breakfast was excellent. The room very spacious with a beautiful view. Only a 30 minute drive to Monet’s garden.

It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room for early morning tea instead of having to go downstairs to make it. There was no safe to store valuables and only 2 coat hangers in the wardrobe. Unfortunately there was a problem with the drains in the bathroom and they were rather smelly overnight.

Beautiful building & grounds .A really nice restoration, respecting the original character but with modern touches thrown in ! Restaurant was also great we had the 7 course taster and it was delicious . Resident / owners cat is adorable!

One slight negative the heating & hot water appeared to be on a timer.We stayed in February & heating really needed to be on all the time ,suspect the radiators were also undersized for the rooms.

It’s beautiful! You feel like you’re in a fairytale or some piece of art. Nature around the hotel is breath-catching. Staff is really helpful. Breakfast is great, all you expect to enjoy while in France ☺️

Sometimes there was bad smell from the pipes in the bathroom, but of course it’s an old building.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the chateau was lovely. Setting was beautiful with lovely walks in the grounds. The breakfast was buffet style with a great variety of local breads, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses and ham. Dinner in the restaurant was absolutely delicious

Problem with the shower tray overflowing, but staff were very helpful about it.

Location, rooms and cleanliness of the castle was outstanding.

There could be a lot more activities for guests, given the vast land and more ways to stay engaged at the property. The self service bar was very limited for soft drinks and general management of it, lots of dishes laying around.

Good looking, nice grounds. Brilliant restaurant on site. Great breakfast. Nice friendly staff. Good communication. Would recommend and have already done so.

Need a better menu description of what is/was on offer in the restaurant. Not just 7course menu etc etc. need a path to the restaurant from the main building. Grass and high heels not a good match.

Second time we visited and we were once more very well received. We also had a small guide in the form of the chateau's cat who walked us to and from our car a few times. The room was more than spacious enough, the bathroom very luxurious. Breakfast was fresh and amazing. The view of course was breathtaking as well.

Picture prefect chateau. Staff made you very welcome and guided you to see things in the grounds that were really interesting. Room overlooking the grounds was fabulous. The restaurant was superb and the staff both professional and friendly. Location was ideal for us. We walked around the grounds - more guests should be encouraged to do so.
