The hotel is close to the beach (3 min walk). Personnel of the hotel are very dedicated and hardworking people. They serve very nice breakfast, tea, coffee... very clean and new towels and bedsheets. Rooms are not big (I stayed in double room with balcony) and there is no window except the balcony door... it can be noisy from other guests as walls are thin I believe. But not to forget, this is a 3 star hotel so do not expect 5 star conditions. For the price you pay, you get more than reasonable services. I do recommend this hotel to couples.

There was no small fridge in the room which is much needed for such facilities near beach

The hotel has a great location — right by the beach, with restaurants and shops around. Public transport is nearby, so it’s easy to get to the city center and the airport. The room was small but clean, with a balcony. It had a TV and air conditioning. We had everything we needed, and the room was cleaned a few times during our stay, with supplies refilled. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection — we always ate well. The host was very welcoming, nothing but the best feedback.

The only minus was the bunk bed without safety rails.

We liked everything. The staff is amazing people. The location is nice too, both quiet and lively. The beach is nearby. Now, entirely unrelated to the hotel's services and staff, just a couple of tips for future clients. Tap into the 10% discount the hotel offers in cooperation with other restaurants. Go for Il Mare Dal Moro, it's the best (although we haven't tried all the restaurants on the list; but it was our 2nd time in Rimini, and both times we were frequent visitors to this restaurant). As for the discount they offer for beaches 115-118, you probably don't want to use it. It's overpriced, while the value for that money is not clear. Go to other beaches, our recommendation is Beach 123 (it's very close), there's nice men working there, and it's considerably cheaper even without the discount. (And make sure to pay for several beach days, it's less expensive than paying for a single day). The breakfast is fine. What was good is that they offered veggies. Last time when we stayed in Rimini, our hotel didn't provide any veggies for breakfast.

The location was fabulous if you want to stay somewhere close to the beach. Lots of great restaurants near by as well. The staff was beyond helpful and nice. The breakfast was really awesome...lots to choose from.

The walls were pretty thin. Noisy neighbors. Rooms could use a little updating on the bedspreads. Maybe should mention that during the busy season you'll have to park off property. We were there at the end of September and were able to park right in front of the hotel on the street so that was great.

Staff is very nice, the breakfast tasted good, beach, bus stop and restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. Place is very clean. Would love to stay here again.

Furniture needs a bit of upkeeping. Walls are thin, if you're bothered by noise bring some earplugs.

The man at the reception was awesome, we had so much fun talking with him! There was air conditioning in the room. It was around 20 °C but humid, we needed it.. The hotel is reeeally near the sea. We got 10% off of the beach ticket by mentioning the hotel. One night we asked for "aperitivi" and got full tuna salad with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, local cheeses, plus a drink for only €5 /person. Amazing. I attached photos of everything. The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful, they really take good care of their guests. The room was very clean and housekeeping was great. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of options - including freshly baked cakes (I could smell it baking - loved it!). And the coffee was delicious.

A few of the fixtures in the room need some attention, like the wardrobe. But it was really a small thing in an overall great experience.

Rooms are fine and clean. There is a little balcony to hang out your wet swimsuit, etc. Very nice staff, we had the possibility to leave our baggage before check-in, and as we had to check out early in the morning, the breakfast to go was waiting for us. There's nothing to complain about, although a little fridge in the room would be nice :) I highly recommend 👌

Staff especially lorenzo and his co-worker (sorry didn't get his name) are the major assets of this hotel. They are top notch. Buffet breakfast is also very good. Both sweet and savoury items are super fresh. The location is good too.

Dated small room

Lovely older hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants, and just a walking distance from the airport. Big thanks to Erman for the warm hospitality!
