The privacy - when we arrived, the receptionist saw our dog is quite big so he decided to give us a bigger room with a porch. The sleeping - the bed is very comfy. The location - easily found, lots of transportation options and lots of places you can walk to.

The doors are very narrow.

THE SHOPS AREN'T OPEN 24/7 AND THE PRICE OF EVERTHING HERE IN THE HOLY LAND IS NOT CHEAP AND SO GET READY TO PAY MORE THAN WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT TO PAY HERE IN ASIA. HOWEVER, THE STAY HERE IN THE 'EDEN HOTEL' IN ISRAEL IS TRULY PRICELESS.

The hotel is in a charming historical building in one of the older areas of Haifa. The surrounding streets are full of interesting architecture and were fun to explore. We were very impressed with Yvgeny who was at reception when we checked in. He was helpful and friendly and and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients (eggs any style, vegetable salad, freshly baked bread, etc.).

The maintenence and cleanliness were not great. Toilet seat was broken. Lots of exposed cables on indoor and outdoor walls.

Elegant small hotel and quite centrally located. Very helpful person at the counter (I would like to say Dina but am not sure of his name). Comfortable room.

That they blocked payment of three days on my card and then made me pay the same amount when I arrived at the hotel. If they wanted to verify my card they could have done it with a smaller amount like other places in Israel did. Totally unnecessary.

Great value for money, the stuff is super friendly! The shower is great. The hotel is very cozy and fells homey. There is a refrigerator in the room. You can check in Shabbat for one night, it was very convenient.

The toilet paper is super cheap, better bring your own :) The rooms are clean and pleasant but the less accessible storage is not cleaned every visit. No elevator

I stayed at this hotel for the first time, but I will definitely come back here again. This hotel is very well located. It`s located in the very center of Haifa. Near the hotel there is everything you need: transport, shops, market and restaurants. The view from my room overlooked the Bahai Gardens. Especially in the evening it was very beautiful. The hotel has everything you need for any group of travelers: kettle, microwave, air conditioning and international channels on TV. I arrived in a rented car and was able to put it in the free closed parking of the hotel! Special thanks to the attentive staff of the hotel. Dmitry (Dima) was very attentive and friendly. Everything was great, thanks!

Laundry service is expensive. Everything else was great !

The staff, she was friendly and nice.

We booked a room with a balcony after seeing pictures that highlighted a city view. However, upon arrival, we found that the balcony's structure and view were completely different from what was displayed on the website. I am disappointed, especially since we paid extra for the balcony.

Comfortable small hotel situated nice in the city. reasonably priced and dog friendly staff. Personally served breakfast and not the noisy buffet. No special amenities in the room but we had all what we needed. We will come again.

No elevators in the refurbished 100 year old building. Will be difficult for handic
