After being in other 4 stars hotels who's staff just clean the bathroom and changed the sheets it was a pleasure to be in a room fully dusted, fully vacuumed. The furniture didn't had any stains on it. The hotel was really clean I really loved that. I've been in a 5 star hotel who was less clean. I'm definitely going back to the Alt Hotel.

Unfortunately, the tv doesn't let you connect yourself to a streaming service like Netflix. The hotel doesn't offer streaming service nor let you connect to your own accounts. Apparently there was a way to cast from your phone to the tv but when I tried that wasn't working even though I was connected to the Wifi. I guess they don't want you to cast things to someone else room by accident. I seen that they had instructions on how to cast but the instructions weren't available. Maybe they removed it.

Very nice room. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was really nice. AC was super quiet and near the top of the very high ceilings so you were not being blasted by the AC. Nespresso coffee in room was a bonus. Everything was new and modern. Free parking was great and plentiful. They have both surface and also interior parking depending on your needs. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out. Easy drive to Old Quebec from the hotel straight down to Grande Allée.

This is my ninth visit to this hotel and it is perfectly designed for the business traveler .. excellent Wi-Fi great shower and great coffee ... also very quiet .. no pool .. no free breakfast = no screaming kids .. perfect hotel to get a great night sleep .. also the huge shopping mall across the street for any time to kill if you have it ..

The nice quiet modern room. And the location couldn't be better. The women that checked us in was so nice. Every time she saw us, she was always super friendly with a big smile. You saw that she loves her job. She deserves a bonus. All other staff were nice too.

The shower leaking a bit of water on the bathroom floor. I know that will be something that will be fixed during your next renovations. Please put a glass door that seals completely when closed with a good and high bottom ledge. Too us it wasn't a big issue but that was just a little inconvenience

Lovely spacious room and very comfortable. I loved the wireless charging. The hotel is cute and boutique-y, staff are very polite and the restaurant is fabulous.

The website says the hotel serves breakfast. It doesn't. It has a kiosk with baked goods with limited seating in the small lobby.

I liked everything about this hotel. There are a lot of little details that made our stay extra enjoyable. Parking was easy. Location is right next to a lot of restaurants and a large shopping center. Different from other hotels I visited this year. Just lovely.

The only thing I could come up with is that the shampoo made my hair dry.

The location of the hotel is great for access to Ste Foy, the shopping centres and close to the roads leaving Quebec. The room was super comfy and the bathroom was very nice too. The hotel gym is well equipped and always empty. I used it every day.

My only gripe was that there was very poor choice of television viewing. No films for instance only what was on terrestrial television.

We liked the hotel. It is conveniently located 15 minutes drive from Old Quebec. It has its own parking, so for the ones who travel by car it is very convenient. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and quiet.

Nice bed room, clean.

You could hear everything that was happening in the hallway. It was very hard to find parking. The underground parking said you could be 2 cars side by side but it was almost impossible if you had an SUV.

Staff were awesome, helpful, friendly. Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Air conditioning. Nespresso machines!!!! Everything we needed. Thank you
