The room was great—super clean, comfortable, with a great view, cozy carpet, and excellent security (key card access to the hallway). The air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly, and the bed and towels were fresh and spotless. I also appreciated the TV with cable and the wide variety of breakfast options. The hotel connects easily to restaurants, a mall, and parking, which is very convenient.

The stay was generally comfortable. The water temperature in the shower could be hotter—when turned fully to the hot setting, it was only warm. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but a higher maximum temperature would be appreciated. The breakfast experience also has room for improvement. The bread would benefit from being stored in a closed container to prevent it from drying out due to the air conditioning. Second, offering coffee in a thermos or similar dispenser could give guests more control over the serving size. As it stands, the coffee machine seems to only provide either an espresso or a full cup, with no in-between option.

The location is the best! Inside of galeria mall … really convenient to access the mall, the shops and restaurants … the staff for breakfast are really nice and professional

Mmm I have to say that after staying several times at this hotel, now they decide to stop providing the courtesy bottles of water! They provide them the first they but the for the rest of my stay, per the reception explanation the hotel changed the policy… it is not about the cost, but the impression of been treated like a cash machine.

Hi-tech hotel. Biometrics, elevators with no buttons etc. Very nice. Location is right next to the galleria, so just a 50 yard walk to shops and restaurants, all great quality. Staff super friendly and able to help me in English. Room functional and comfortable rather than lux, but large with kitchenette, sitting area, table and separate desk area. Views in 2 directions. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed my stay.

The location is perfect, not so close to the airport, but it the best choice for a business trip in Assunción. The hotel is supported by mall with all kids of restaurants.

The elevator and the hotel access system works pretty bad and it is also mix with the offices at the same location. Older people can not run to get the elevator that closes the door very fast. Acesses to the mall is not optimized and you get confused in the first couple days with the elevators.

The location is perfect as it is connected with the Paseo Galeria hotel that all sorts of restaurants, supermarkets, services, stores, etc. The room was spacious and very clean and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The room was also quiet and the bed was pretty good.

Housekeeping is really hit or miss. Sometimes they do not empty trash or provide new towels, but other than that the room is very clean. You also do not get any sort of water, minibar, room service, so be sure to have water if you check in late. Also, the grocery store is in the connected to the mall where the hotel is located, so you can go buy whatever you need. The other issue is that the hotel is in the same building as offices, so you will need your room card to enter and exit the hotel and there is a large event space connected that sometimes has a lot of loud events with a lot of people.

The location can't be beaten, next to Paseo Galleria and all the restaurants.

Gym. It’s small with few old equipments. There is no water nor small towels. Sort of dirty as well. Terrible.
