The pool villa was nice. Breakfast was good. Lots of space to walk around. The location is very close the highway.

The zipline experience is nice.. But I had an injury during the landing. However the staff at the landing pad seemed inexperienced and just panicked. Their first aid box also was not properly maintained. Lucky mine was a small injury.

I liked the ambience of the Cottages. The food spread for dinner was good. Breakfast was excellent. The staff in general were friendly and a few really took extra efforts to attend to our requests.

The corner of the wooden beds needs to be provided a protection against hitting ones leg. Owing to the configuration of the room and placement of the bed.

Location was amazing, super friendly staff, cleaning crew were excellent, breakfast was amazing.

The lobby of the resort could be made more colorful, warm and inviting with better furnishings. The restaurant located inside the property “Spice bowl “ could have offered more flavorful food as the restaurant’s outside the property in close proximity are not commendable.

The stay was very good but the staff seem confused with instructions given, but otherwise they were very humble and polite. The food was excellent. The manager Mr. Prince Joseph was exceptionally good and very helpful.

Messages conveyed to the front desk staff should be noted and implemented,I if not done the customer is embarrassed. The swiming pool was very good clean etc but there were no side tables for the sun tanning beds/deck chairs I feel its a must to keep your eatables and water etc. also for the size of the pool and the area there were only 6 sun tanning beds/deck chairs. should definitely have more.

Staff, food and they have all the items like zipline, fish spa, ayurvedic and western spa etc inside the resort.

In Pool villas or jet pool villas, the Pool is not with temperature controlled.

Break fast was very good with wide choices and a local flavour.

Overall it was very good. Suggest for some pest control treatment to be done, since some lizards were observed in the room kitchen.

Excellent staff, excellent location. Very clean and green resort with good activities to do, family friendly.

Rates could be competitive. Breakfast spread can improve with more options and better spread.

It is a good property to visit for families. Food was good and our stay was comfortable.

The maintenance was poor and the staff not very helpful. some of them seemed pretty new to the job and had no clue about the food and service when asked.

Foul smell coming from right side of hotel premises. Surroundings need to be maintained.

The location couldn't have been more perfect. I could see hills with waterfalls, from my room window. You have to see it to believe it. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and was different for d 3 days we were there so much variety...the reception and concierge were extremely helpful, specially Mrs Suma who helped plan our sightseeing. Very responsive team. Thank u!

The twin bed standard room was big but the double bed room was quite small sized.
