We had the pleasure of spending two weeks at this hotel and our experience was outstanding. The service, atmosphere, and room quality exceeded our expectations, but what impressed us most was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team were kind, generous, and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The on-site restaurant was also excellent, offering high-quality dishes at very fair prices. A special word of praise goes to the manager, whose personal warmth, professionalism, and genuine care set the highest standard of hospitality we have ever experienced. We look forward to returning and can highly recommend this hotel.

To be completely honest, we loved everything from the moment we checked in. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even accompanying us to our room. The room itself was beautiful and spotless—truly impressive. We've stayed at other hotels before, but none have come close to this experience. It honestly feels like the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The bar and beach area are an absolute dream, and the same goes for the bar and restaurant staff—everyone was so friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious; the chef is truly talented! Even the manager or owner (we're not sure which) was fantastic—such a great person. Ps. The breakfast buffet was impressively delicious and there was loads of different options even for a vegetarian ☺️ Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We honestly can't think of much we didn't like. The only small thing was the bright lights at the top of the building at night, and in the morning we found quite a few dead flies on the balcony. But to be fair, the room maintenance team cleaned everything up right away, which we really appreciated.

We recently stayed in the Sea & Sand Hotel and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel looks brand new and is very modern. My favourite part was the restaurant with the sea view and the sunbeds in the beach area which are provided for the hotel guests. It was nice addition to our holidays by spending the mornings or the evenings by the sea. Prices very reasonable for the area and the location. Highly recommended it.

We were really happy with this hotel, it kind of exceeded expectations! The room itself was great – properly clean, which is always a big plus, and surprisingly roomy. It was just nice to come back to somewhere that felt fresh and where you had space to breathe. But the staff, honestly, were the highlight. Just so friendly and helpful, every last one of them. Always smiling, ready to answer questions or sort things out. It makes such a difference when people seem genuinely happy to have you there. Made the whole stay feel really comfortable and welcoming. Yeah, definitely a good find.

There were just a couple of things that weren't quite up to scratch. We felt the breakfast could use a bit more imagination – maybe some different choices on different days? It felt a bit repetitive. Finding a parking spot was also tricky sometimes, seems like they could use a few more spaces maybe. And we did notice the water pressure in the shower was not right; definitely something that could do with a look. Nothing major, but worth mentioning.

Organization is not so good. In the room we had humidiry from besides room. We were in secind bulidings and stairs and hall were very dirty (probably not in ownership of hotel) and also in surrondings of hotel were trash, some bulidings are falling appart. Acctully this hotel is the best option in Vlore. First night we had one room where 5 air conditin ouside unit were on wall outside. Noise during whole was so disturbing that we could not sleep. Next day we change to another room, for which we need to pay extra money. But we really could not stayed in first room.

We visited a couple of days ago as we were exploring different cities in albania. We booked this one due to the location and being close to the beach. The hotel is very new and the bedroom are very modern. We enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that there is a restaurant downstairs. Staff was very kind and willing to answer any questions we had. If we go back we would definitely stay here again.

An unforgettable experience! This is a wonderful hotel with a perfect location — right on the sea, with its own sandy beach and private sunbeds. The on-site restaurant is excellent, serving delicious food with outstanding service. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer breathtaking sea views. I want to give a special thank you to the staff — such positive, open, and kind people, always ready to help with anything. We truly felt at home here, and we are 100% sure we want to come back again, and only to this hotel!

Beautiful and fresh hotel with a charming view. Breakfast was very good and large. Very helpful staff, wonderful cleaning ladies, it was very clean. The most important thing is that they don't chase away the poor dogs, there are a lot of homeless, hungry and neglected dogs in Albania, we need to help them, I will definitely come back :)

We had a room for 3 adults, very comfortable beds, spacious, clean with excellent Sea View, and a large balcony . Loved the little touches complimentary bathroom toiletries. Fresh towels daily. Good Wifi connections all over the Hotel areas. Lovely variety of indoor/outdoor dining and relaxation areas. Access to beach for walks and bathing in shallow waters is super too. Nice to see locals and tourists from all over the world. Delicious food and good size portions plus a good variety in the Breakfast Buffet. Extremely friendly, welcoming and relaxed staff especially the Manager Orseo who kindly arranged taxi's for us and had good knowledge of the area for advise on excursions.

The towel rail was a little lose in the shower/wet room. However we let the staff know and they will rectify.

Can't rate this hotel highly enough. Beautiful location, modern, clean, comfortable rooms and apartments, and exceptional service. Easily catered for our large group of 22! Kept the beer fridge full for us, and put on an unbelievable breakfast for all of us in the morning. Absolutely awesome stay. The sunset views from the balcony's were stunning. There was also underground parking which was a huge bonus for so many of us with rented cars. Hotel staff extremely helpful and spoke great English. Highly recommend this hotel, 10/10, would book again. Thanks!
