Hotel is so comfortable. It is so new and very clean. Staff is excellent.

It is far from downtown but you can ride a bus or take a taxi as well.

Lovely staffs. Nice and clean hotel. Owner is a kind person. Take us to downtown or somewhere to buy food ...

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was proper and clean, and seems pretty new. Staff was very helpful with recommendations, taxis, etc. Breakfast was okish but very basic. Room had A/C. Neighborhood is aprox. 2 km from historical center, can't walk but a short ride in taxi.

It's not that I didn't like but it could be improved: 1) bed: not sure if they forgot to remove the plastic from mattress or else if they put a plastic cover to protect it, but it felt (and made noise) as in a hospital bed, 2) pillow was very high and hard, 3) instead of a bad tapis, there was a cleaning rag and 4) there was some leaking in the bathroom that kept me up almost all night... Finally after we checked out, we found out that hotel is 3 blocks from prison but more important, that during the weekdays there are a lot of trucks passing by (hopefully we were on a weekend).

The place was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really good! The parking spot was in front of the door.

During the whole night we had a bunch of barking dogs that were piercing through our earplugs.

Other Han the location which requires a taxi to go anywhere, the facilities were fine. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast needs much improvement.
