I really like this hotel because it’s just walking distance to Legoland, and the mall is nearby too, so it’s very convenient to eat and buy groceries. The room is also comfortable and clean.

The only thing I don’t really like is that the lobby is upstairs, so it feels a bit confusing when entering the hotel. Because the lobby is on the upper floor, I had to go up and down a few times to handle the luggage. If the lobby was on the ground floor, it would be easier, especially when carrying bags—at least I’d only need to go down once

The location.

The cleaning services. The dish washing sponge got hair on it. We threw it away but the cleaner put it back in the same place after.

We were upgraded to a large room so the washing machine and full kitchen was very useful when you have kids. We also chose to stay here because we wanted more space than just a bedroom. At least with a living area the kids can sit and hang out. It IS a short walk to Legoland, just slightly further than the Legoland hotel, but if you are able to stay on a high floor, the view is AMAZINGGGGGG. You can even see 2nd Link and Raffles Marina. And to Eco City. Also if you have a larger family, or teens, you do not want to stay at Legoland and have 5-6 pax in one room and ONE bathroom. Aircon worked fine for us. It's not central AC so you can get it fixed if it's not working. We didn't have breakfast but honestly it's not necessary, there are a lot of bakeries around in Medini Mall and EcoCity, just grab some pastries and heat them up the next day.

The property and rooms are not new, and the outside of the rooms feels like it's an apartment building rather than a serviced residence. But it's ok cos the rooms are decent and clean, even if the floor tiles might look a bit worn. We are just here for a few nights so it's ok.

Great location if you are going to location. It has a shopping strip connected to Legoland too so very convenient if you need to get groceries or have a meal. Also have a playground there for kids to play. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately our room had a bit of a sewerage smell coming from the kitchen sink. And a couple of the bath towels had small stain on them. We didn’t complain to the hotel staffs as it we were only staying for 2 nights so it’s bearable and the towels were replaced the next day during housekeeping and no issues with the new towels.

Location is good for Legoland just minutes away by foot. However, most food and shopping malls are a little distance away. But with grab readily available is definitely not an issue. Highly recommended.

The housekeeping could be improved. We stayed for 3 nights, but the house was never cleaned up. They only changed the towels and made the bed. Floor, toilet, table etc.. was never clean. There was a lot of dust on the curtains and the floor behind it was very dirty.

Room was big. Unit felt old but clean and decent. Staff very friendly and quick with requests. Perfect for Legoland visit (and much cheaper vs in-park hotel, and it is an easy 5-minute walk away only). Valuer for money. Kitchen OK. Pool was big, nice, and relaxing. Many food options nearby (+ large supermarket too).

Nothing. Not modern or new but as expected and exactly what we needed so no complaints.

Near to Legoland Malaysia. Helpful staff especially Mr Mizan. He so helpful when we ask about want to extant our stand. He give us good deal. So we can stay with peace & happy. So Mr Mizan, thank you again. We definitely will come again & stay at this hotel. :)

Overall I like this hotel. But one thing is parking area at the basement. Maybe can give parking card to the hotel guest I guess. It would be easy for us to go in & out without to be asking from security even we already paid the parking fees.

Arrived an hour earlier than the stated 3pm check in time, but was able to check in. Great! Clean, quiet and cozy room and as a bonus, equipped with a small kitchen too! Swimming pool is nice and clean, Gym equipments are top notch Walking distance to Legoland and Mall of Medini

This is not the hotel's fault, but in general - location is outskirt "in the middle of nowhere". Not easy to get a Grab ride. In fact, we nearly miss out flight back due to lack of Grab drivers, it is only after half an hour wait that we were fortunate to have gotten a Grab ride to the airport.

Reasonable pricing, near to legoland, got 24hour mart nearby, room is spacious and clean with utensils/cookwares etc all provided. Tall fridge for use, with oven and even toaster. Staffs there are excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful, esp the front desk lady (sorry didnt get your name). Its near legoland too. Feels safe to park in their carpark too, always have security at gantry. The female staffs assisting with breakfast in restaurant is very nice and helpful.

Location is near to legoland however quite a distance from the other attraction sites and mall. Living room TV works well though not much channel but can use screen mirroring, but the bedroom dont have screen mirroring so we didnt really use the tv in the room. There was once when we left and put up the sign no need for housekeeping but when we came back the door was left unlocked(left opened) but lucky our tablet and other belongings werent missing. Breakfast variety could be better but not too bad.

The location is right next to Legoland, and this is our "go-to" hotel whenever we visit Legoland. The room is spacious and comfortable. We celebrated our kid's birthday during our stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond by sending over a cake!

The bathroom facilities are old, and there is a slight odour coming out from the bathroom.
