staff professionalism and concern, cleanliness and location

the phone in 139 didn’t work (dialing 0 for the front desk was impossible) and I had an incident last night in which someone not staying at the motel entered through an unlocked back door and repeatedly knocked on my door. this was a safety concern and I had no way to immediately contact the front desk (other than to use my own phone after searching for a direct line to the Lemoore location). please fix the phone issue and it might be best to not keep the ground floor back door unlocked.

We have stayed at this location twice and both times the staff(from check-in until check-out) were friendly and accommodating in regards to ensuring our stay was satisfactory. Also, know the former pool area is not specifically a dog-run area, but it works well for this purpose. Thank you again for our last stay.

Our only complaint was the small size of the pillows, but your friendly front desk Staff informed us that for future stays we can request extra pillows as needed.

staff is outstanding and location and it’s clean

no basin sink plug for drain, again, and trash outside of motel is rarely picked up by outdoor crew and that’s the fault of the Motel 6 corporation and not the staff

It was clean and the location is good for me. I like the fact that they give you till 6pm to cancel.

The only problem was that the a/c / heating unit had a button to lower the temperature missing...I tried to lower it with a pencil and it worked but it would get loud at times.

This was probably the nicest and cleanest Motel 6 that I have stayed at. Check in was easy and the clerk was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The location was a little out of the way but our stay was great.

I am not from the area and had a little trouble with the GPS directions.

air conditioner, heater couldn’t be used because it was too loud to allow sleep (room 241). TV didn’t work (room 239).

Nice staff. The only negative is the tv signal worked only intermittently.

Mostly very good. Particularly the staff. The tv had issues with signal all weekend, unfortunately.,

I enjoyed everything about my stay from the friendly front desk assistant to the friendly housekeeping employees. Facilities were very clean and had everything I needed.

I liked the location to Lemoore Speedway, the rooms had fridge & microwave. The beds weren't bad...pillows we're good. AC worked awesome! We will stay again next year! ✌️

No clocks in the rooms.No stopped/plug for the bathtub. 🤔✌️
