VERY clean facility. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Everything seemed to work as it should, and everything was stocked. Right next door to CHP, good proximity to food. Breakfast was tasty, and selection was plentiful.

Unforseen 30% price hike enforced midstay. Booked this stay on booking.com due to property being pet friendly. No place on booking.com to confirm your pet in your party, nor mention of fee, besides one sentence with the statement "pet friendly fees MAY apply." Which was buried a bit in the property details. I actually didn't notice this at the time of booking. The hotel said they have a $75.00 non refundable pet fee. This, unfortunately, was not mentioned at check-in. I'm currently in conversation with management to resolve this issue. At this point, they have offered to cut my pet fee in half. I hope to have it completely removed. Booking.com should update there drop down menu on guests to include pets. It's unfair to the facility to be blindsided by this 3rd party oversite.

The room was very clean and a nice size. They have a swimming pool , however I was not able to take advantage of it this time. There was a nice breakfast , and the downstairs area was very clean. The staff was very friendly when I checked in.

I thought the price for the rooms was a bit too high for the location. I would have expected this type of price in some other town, not in central California where there isn’t really much going on. The only reason for my staying was my granddaughter was getting married.

The price of the hotel was higher than others in the area. They served a full breakfast in the morning which saved us money on dining purchased so the amount balanced out. Staff was always attentive when we walked thru the lobby.

Upon arrival to check in, I didn't have my drivers license with me. I wasn't allowed to check in without it and would still be billed for the room even if I didn't stay. I did have other ID's but could not use them. The issue was later resolved.

the immediate exterior and interior areas are clean. several of your staff “visit” with each other in common areas and the guest is “ignored” until they have concluded their conversation. Our reservation was for 9 nights, I miscalculated and didn’t realize. we were locked from our room until we paid the full rate plus your incidental fee. we didn’t intentionally make this mistake and as a courtesy to us, your staff could have charged us the same rate we had paid - but no, you had to have the walk-in rate. this wasn’t nice and we were denied the courtesy of a conversation with management.

The location. Someone needs to remove the debris from the sidewalk.

It’s near the highway, close to shopping so you can pick up thing and food if you’re staying for an extended period of time.

Not enough handicap parking. Too much parking is dedicated for EVs.

Everything was clean. Staff friendly.

Breakfast was poor. Eggs were so dry. Every single egg product was dry: sandwiches, scrambled, omelet. I generally expected a better spread when it comes to breakfast; sausages, biscuits and gravy, fresh scrambled eggs instead of prefrozen microwaved food.

The newly renovated rooms were very nicely done, lighting exceptional, modern bathrooms

We had an end room that faced the freeway, unfortunately, it was very noisy as a consequence.

The hotel itself was good, with competent polite and friendly staff. The rooms were large and spacious, Bathroom clean, Comfy bed. Great Amenities.Free parking.

Breakfast could’ve been better. Looks like pre frozen food.

The Breakfast was disappointing for me. If you like to load up on carbs then you will enjoy it but pre packed sausage and cheese muffins and pre packed egg is not what I call full American. More fresh fruit and less Carbs would be nice. Decaff coffee too I thought it was expensive though for the area, over $200 a night!! Would I stay again, yes possibly depending on price

Property is clean and rooms are very nice.

I think the pool is a little small for how beautiful the property is.
