Everything. We arrived around 8:30 pm. The dignified cheerful man at the desk was above and beyond in his friendliness and efficiency. After a long hot day, it was like coming home to a caring friend. The rooms were immaculate. Our only concern was that the hallways were very hot ( although the room was perfectly cool and comfortable). We were concerned for the maids and other workers. They were dripping sweat in the terrible heat. The breakfast was wonderful as usual, as are all the Hampton Inns we have stayed in. The pool was nice for the children to work off energy before our long trip to Coronado CA. And a staff man walking through was so friendly and kind to our 2 boys. We love Hampton Inn. We always try to stay at one while on our travels.

The horrible heat in the hallways was very concerning as it posed a health issue for the hard working staff.

Stayed here for Sequoia and Kings canyon trip for 3days. Very clean and well maintained place. Room was cleaned and ready for our family when we came back from a long day in the mountain. We stayed on 3rd floor facing the freeway, initially worried about the noise from the freeway at night. It was very minimal, no problem sleeping. Breakfast was good enough to start the days. All the staff were very polite and helpful. I would stay here again when I come back for the giant trees.

They were so accommodating, I had previously booked at another hotel and requested an early check-in. The other hotel was not able to give me an early check-in. The Hampton Inn worked with my timeline and was very gracious.

There was nothing negative about my stay. The staff facility and breakfast was amazing.

Good continental breakfast options that changed a little bit each day. Pool and hot tub were nice. Room was great, modern, comfy and clean. Had multiple EV chargers in the lot

EV charging was pretty expensive but it was convenient.

I absolutely loved everything! The room was amazing and very spacious! I use a wheelchair and absolutely loved everything the bathroom is very clean and spacious and has a seat to shower in. Will definitely be coming back next time I come to Visalia with my family ☺️

Hotel is very nice. I believe is good value for the price. Place is quite, has its own parking. there is nice small pool with hot tube. Breakfast was OK.

I couldn't pay in cash, I do not know that cash is banned in USA, and I was not warned when I made reservation. The lady at the front desk when we arrived was not the nicest person, opposite that when we checked out the lady at the desk was very nice.

Very clean room, Nice room, conveniently located off the freeway, super quiet room and great breakfast (waffles, scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, sausage and more!)

The mattress was a bit too firm for our liking.

We were really pleased: Impeccable room, comfy bed, friendly staff (Lynette was wonderful) and good breakfast. If we go to Visalia again, I'll definitely book this hotel again.

Very comfortable motel in a great location for exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia national parks. Breakfast buffet was excellent, was clean and modern, facilities were excellent. Highly recommend this motel.

Room was great and breakfast was spot on. Location was in the heart of things. Welcome staff was terrific.

We needed to reach staff the day after - and couldn't. Phones were off the hook for more than 24 hours. Very frustrating. Response times poor for all other methods as well.
