Location, good place downstairs to play card games with our girlfriends. Comfy beds, nice staff. Also, we were told if we were a Marriott rewards we didn’t have to pay parking. Two weeks prior we were charged for parking with no mention of being a Marriott rewards member.

Our room had an odor that smelled like mold. After we were in our room for a while we couldn’t smell it until we left and came back in. We had stayed there 2 weeks prior and that room was totally updated, no odors and this one was not. We did tell the front desk just to let them know about the odor. Thought they should know.

Nice location. Clean. The room was decent size. TV had good selection of channels. Good breakfast selection. Staff was professional and friendly. The pool room and spa were very popular and the jacuzzi jets were powerful and great for soaking. The jacuzzi temperature needs to be a bit hotter though. Room AC worked well with wall control. There was going to be $12 parking fee but was waived with Marriott Bonvoy membership.

Bathroom toilet handle was broken. Had to manually flush the toilet and reset the valve flap since the handle wouldn't turn back to close the flap. The bathroom fan was also very rattly and loud. There was no body lotion in the bathroom. Shouldn't charge for daily parking. Other hotels around the area don't charge for parking.

I liked everything about the property, room, cleanliness…..My friends & I were able to play cards in the breakfast area in the evening which made it a lot of fun.

I booked the room through Booking.com and there was no mention of a fee for parking. When I arrived to check in we were told that we had to pay for parking. I was surprised to hear that especially in a small town like Visalia. It’s not like we’re in some big Metropolitan City like LA or SF. Anyway, that would be my only complaint…

Very nice, clean hotel! Maria was so friendly and helpful with food ideas and info! Clean room, soft towels and continental breakfast was good! There's also a Denny's in adjacent parking lot. Close to downtown Visalia. We visited Sequoia national Park and it was bout hour from south end of park to Visalia. Walk around downtown Visalia on main Street if you can. Cute street, good ice cream and restaurants were yummy. Front desk will give you a list!

I was double charged for my stay. Once I informed the morning manager she took care of it quickly. My issue is with waiting for the extra charge to be credited to my account. It didn’t take 3 or more days to charge my credit card so it should not take 3 or more days to credit card my credit card. Besides that I would have given excellent ratings across the board 😎

Breakfast was good. We loved that they had a playpen we could use. The pool was great

I didn’t like that we had to pay $12 each day for parking. I didn’t like how there was no sign in the pool saying please get towels from front desk. My daughter and I looked everywhere in there our first time using it after soaking wet and we had to just drop all the way to our room.

We liked this hotel a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always very good.

There should be some outside seating. Also, the pool is so chlorinated that our eyes would burn just being in the pool room.

Clean, quiet, easy walk from parking lot to elevator. Although our room was close to the elevator, it was quiet most of the time. Bed was comfortable if maybe a little too soft. Would have liked 1 comforter and blanket rather than so many thin coverings. Bathroom lighting was not great and it was too easy to bump the bathroom door into the main room door if both opened at the same time. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of outlets to charge devices. Staff was friendly. Joi was very nice at check in. My husband asked another staff member to add his Marriott loyalty number to our reservation after check in and she took care of it quickly. The breakfast staff was clean and efficient. The clerk who checked us out was quick and friendly also. Breakfast was good although it would have been nice to have the choice of bacon or sausage. The breakfast area was clean and there were plenty of tables. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Visalia and would stay here again.

Better lighting and door positioning in bathroom. Choice of bacon or sausage at breakfast. A couple of thicker bed coverings instead of several thin coverings.

Staff is always so friendly. The food is good. Location is great, easy access to freeway. My family loves staying here.

Everything is awesome. Beds are comfy. The only thing they could upgrade are the pillows, not firm enough. But that doesn't stop me from staying here :)

the room that breakfast was served in was the best I've ever seen. plenty of room to eat in quiet but also big enough for family's to enjoy. i wish all hotels modeled their breakfast areas like this hotel
