I was having a problem with a tire when we arrived. A member of the hotel staff named David came out and helped take off the damaged tire and install the spare, doing about 80% of the heavy work. I tried to tip him, but he refused to accept it. David is a great asset to your staff!

Nothing worth mentioning.

The breakfast bar was excellent. Great variety of danishes and eggs were delicious.

The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was the TV programming. You really need to consider putting on some movie channels like Max. Netflix, Prime, I don’t know. Wasn’t happy about the selections we had to choose from, most of them were Spanish stations, nothing wrong with that but more options should be available. You might also want to consider having an extra blanket for the room with a sofa bed in them. Thank you.

We chose this hotel as our base for visiting Sequoia Park, located about a two-hour drive away. While Tulare itself lacks attractions—offering mainly a series of shopping centers, restaurants within those centers, and hotels—it serves as a practical starting point for exploring the park. The hotel exceeded our expectations: the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the ample parking, a satisfying breakfast, and a small pool that was perfect for relaxing after our hikes.

The hotel does not have an elevator, so it could be an issue for those with disabilities.

The person making the eggs in the morning didn't really know how to make scrambled eggs I don't think. They were uncooked and like concrete. Need to add a little milk to make them fluffy. Sausage was dry. The person tending the breakfast was also tending the front desk. Sometimes I had to fetch him in the kitchen where he was talking with fellow employees. He did keep everything clean and was accomodating.

Rooms are absolutely wonderful. Love the separation between the bed & living room area. Having the nice refrigerator & microwave is perfect! It’s a great comfortable wonderful stay. We always stay at the Tulare Comfort Suites when traveling from Northern California to Southern California. It’s a perfect experience. The free breakfast in the morning is an added bonus!!

Everyone & everything leaves nothing for us to not like! The hotel is very clean & extremely well kept up.

The bed was a little higher than was easy to get into but it was comfortable, so this is a comment, not a complaint. The toiletries were good. The hotel is close to the freeway but we were in a quiet room. There was a book with information, telephone numbers, addresses, and television guide, which was helpful. Not many places have this information these days so it was good to have it.

The young man at reception was very friendly and helpful. Very calming. The room was perfect. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Stayed here a few years ago and liked it so much we choose to stay here again. Only stayed one night but it was perfect. Breakfast had enough to satisfy everyone

There was nothing to dislike.

The room was reasonably spacious. The location right off 99 and close to local restaurants is very convenient. The evening staff was very helpful.

The fitness center had some broken equipment. Breakfast was a little underwhelming (but did include eggs and breakfast meat).

Nice location, next to shopping malls and restaurants. 1 min to the highway. Good place to stay while visiting Sequoia national park. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, not great though.

The room smelled unpleasant soon after entering, however got used to it.

Room was spotless. Marcus was very helpful and nice explaining all I needed to know. He even put effort into finding a room with wheelchair accommodations. I will hope to stay here again in the future.

The morning desk lady probably hates her job, it shows.
