The front desk woman by the name of Terry was spectacular, she was verry professional,very understanding,extremely accommodating,respectful and super kind. My family and i traveled here for a sudden emergency , we found this place last minute ,and it was super easy to check in. Free breakfast was included in pricing,rooms were clean and spacious. Terry and the rest of the staff were just wonderful and helped us focus on what we were there to do. We lost a family member do to terrible accident and Terry and the staff shared their condolences and respect to our family. I will forever be grateful to Terry, as well as the COMFORT SUITE'S staff in visalia CA. If we are ever in this area ,this will be the only place we stay. THANK YOU SOUCH TERRY AND GOD BLESS AND THE WHOLE STAFF.

Exceptional breakfast buffet and the hostess kept everything very neat and clean. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Conveniently located.

The bathroom was very cold and uncomfortable. The handheld shower head was awkwardly positioned in a way that interfered with anyone being able to stand under the shower. Additionally, it was impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor.

Everything was wonderful! It's located near a lot of restaurants. The breakfast offered many different foods. One thing that might be upgraded is the milk. Some people are lactose intolerant. It would be great if the hotel offered soy milk, or oat milk, or almond milk.

The bathroom fan never turned off. This made it difficult to fall asleep each night that we stayed. Also, the hotel wanted the credit card number that Booking.com asked for. Booking.com and the hotel should get on the same page and share the information. I should not have to share my credit card number twice. There is a great chance of being double charged.

The room was very nice, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The neighborhood was good with nice eating places around the corner.

The check-in process was a little wonky, but once I figured out where to park to check-in and the staff helped me to park in the free hotel area I was good! Also, the room had 2 TVs, but the one across from the bed didn't work. Not a big loss though.

Everything was great, spacious room, good WiFi and great staff. Compliments to the nice man who works at the kitchen, he dropped me off at the airport when I didn’t arrange transportation.

I was surprised when I saw this hotel, it was looked very nice. I fallen in love to the administrator, sorry I forgot her name, she is from Philippine, she is very friendly, polite! Thank you for our first day in the hotel. The room is big, clean and comfortable. All staff were super friendly.

The breakfast was not very varied, I did not like the plastic cutlery and paper dishes. perhaps the hotel should think about improving the breakfast, adding vegetables and soup.

Clean, very quiet, super walkable location with lots of restaurants nearby. There is a bit of traffic noise but nothing too bad. I was also pleasantly surprised at how big the room is, with an extra sitting area and additional tv & desk.

They don’t service your room daily (unless requested). I didn’t bother to request it, but I would prefer daily service. Not a deal breaker though.

Served its purpose. We stayed over one night on the way to the park. Visalia is such a cute little town to walk around in and lots of breweries and restaurants. The hotel is right in the heart of it. Easy parking, AMAZING breakfast for the hike that day. The bed was big and cozy. You could hear a little traffic on the road but hey that's how it is most places. Great value, if we passed through again we would stay.

Room very adequate, bed, pillows/bedding very comfortable. Location excellent.

Requested an accessible room, primarily for a toilet at a higher height, and this did not transpire. We missed breakfast, would be helpful if the time could be extended to 10 a.m., instead of a closing time of 9:30.

Solid breakfast and overall decent amenities. Great space in the in-room fridge. Many food/drink options within walking distance. Free parking and close to the main highway.

The elevator was extremely slow. The pillows were very small (essentially half the width of a normal pillow). The water fountain in the gym was broken.
