Staff was friendly. Location is excellent to Sequoias. Very clean. The breakfast was great. The pool was awesome. Kids enjoyed their stay. The location was secure and very close to shops, gas and food/restaurants. Bonus: Across from Adventure Park!

There was only one elevator working.

Location and friendliness of the staff. Room was great, well regulated air conditioner, size and having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Like the dispensers for soap, shampoo, etc. Hot breakfast a plus! Very secure, key card required for everything. Outdoor pool, laundry facilities, re-entry.

Room was clean but carpet was very dirty, walking barefoot after a shower and during packing, my feet and legs got very dirty. Water temp was way hot and hard to regulate. Breakfast was pretty much the same for the three days I was there, so popular it was hard to keep things full. Pancake maker was out of order.

You can't go wrong with this hotel chain. The room was clean. The staff is friendly. We used this location to go to Sequoia NP. Breakfast was decent. Parking was free.

Tableware and utensils for breakfast were plastic, not only esthetically unpleasant but also unhealthy and bad for the environment. I hope they will be able to change it soon.

Breakfast was good. Location was nice, easy access to the freeway.

While the lobby was clean it smelled as though a bottle of perfume had spilled. Not an unpleasant sent in moderation but it was way to much. I had a horrible headache the whole time from it.

everything went as expected but what made my visit even more enjoyable was that when i went down for breakfast the ladies working the kitchen made extra food for me and my family to eat after the food was all gone by 9:30am. We left the hotel rested and fed! what an experience!

I usually get a king size bed, but this time they offered me two queen beds for my girls and my wife and I. Unfortunately a queen size bed is too small for my wife and I next time I will make sure to get a king size bed.

The room was clean, especially the bathroom, which always makes a difference for me. I appreciated the space of the room and the storage. I did not partake in the breakfast but I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was not good but the location was good the swimming pool the gym my family enjoyed everything.

In the breakfast I think it would be better to keep a little bit warm like the egg and the pancakes but everything else was very good

The hotel lost power so we had to check out for our 2nd night. I felt bad for the staff.

Stayed for the night on our way to sequoia national park. Was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was ok but a lot of individually wrapped items. I know it’s easier, but I wish the hotel at least provided plates, cutlery and cups/mugs that could be washed and reused. So much single-use plastic and styrofoam is infuriating and needs to change.
