I like the room being large, comfortable, modern and clean and roomy.

However, what I did not like is that I tried for a wake up call and the service did not work. I called the front desk for a wake up call. Why does this matter? Because in the end my hotel bill reflected long distance charges. They charged me for calling the front desk as a long distance call. I was also charged for parking with no car. In the end when I got home and saw the charges, I called and they were reversed. I suggest everybody look at the final invoice received in their email. I left at 5AM and did not think that this was a problem. Now it is not, resolved quickly, but should not have happened.

Great location, can walk to a variety of bars and restaurants. Great staff, particularly the bar staff. Nice looking pool but never tried it. Very clean throughout, comfy beds.

Being above the pool, there was a noise/vibration every few seconds which was a bit annoying, not sure if it was the pool machinery, air conditioning unit or whatever, but it wouldn't put me off staying again.

This hotel was very nice, clean and the location was very convenient near the freeway. We wanted to stay at a comfortable place near Sequoia National Park and it was perfect. The staff was very nice and available to us when we needed things. They came very quickly and we didn't have to wait long for extra towels or blankets during our stay.

The room was understocked. I had to request extra towls and toilet paper. The bathroom only had 2 towels for a family of 3. The pull out couch didn't come with sheets or a blanket so I had to call at night to request them. I reccomend requesting before staying here.

All other hotels provide a complimentary breakfast. The charge for a small breakfast was overpriced. Also, two servers in the restaurant were diametrically different. One super friendly and helpful and the other was unfriendly and hostile. Wow!

It’s was quiet, beautiful lobby and the room was lovely.

The blow dryer was terrible! It was very weak. Not trying to be petty, but I was thinking such a nice hotel would have a better blow dryer. Haha

Location was great , bed was comfortable, pillows were amazing ! Lighted mirrors too !

The marijuana smell coming out of the vent when we first got there ! Someone was definately smoking weed on our floor !

The elegance and attention to detail

Upon checking out, i approached the receptionist desk, and she was having a personal conversation with someone and looked at me but ignored me. I had to interrupt the conversation which lasted a good 5 minutes in order to get checked out.

the restaurant and food was delicious, but hopefully you include a wide selection plates in the menu. the customer service is excellent and ready to assist you. Thank you

Every perfect staff was wonderful - especially Kathy who waited on us each morning for breakfast !! She turned us on to the Monterey aquarium and it was AMAZING!!! She was wonderful

The Elevator was broken only one door worked. Then the Elevator was broken and I had to walk the stairs.
