Definitely a 5 star rsponse to a "customer comes first " place to stay. The breakfast waws very good and the care to provide a well stocked supply of breakfast items was appreciated. The individuaL ltaking charge of the area was curteous ad kept things sparking clean. The room could nt have bren better and very clean. Tulare's Town &n Country Best Western is a place I high rcpmmend to stay for any visit to the Centeral Valley

The complementary breakfast was spot on, food tasted great and was hot. Even the biscuits and gravy was a hit. Definitely above expectations. Staff was very friendly and answered all questions at check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed to several hotels post covid shutdown, and it was so refreshing to stay at a hotel where you can tell the staff truly care and have pride in their work.

Not really something that I didn't like but this hotel does not have an elevator so guesses need to plan accordingly when they book if they need a first floor room. We didn't mind the stairs.

The room was a good size and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe. I liked that the lobby door requires your key card to enter during the evening and early morning hours.

The only thing that I did not like was the water pressure. This is an issue at every hotel, so I would not hold against the hotel.

The place had nice sized rooms with everything you needed and a decent breakfast, easy car parking facilities and happy that we could even do our laundry on site. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Loved that a shopping center was within a few minutes walking distance.

Having to carry our suitcase up the stairs but it was manageable.

The room was just the right size, and the beds were comfortable. What I really appreciated was the breakfast, where the eggs were excellent compared to similar hotels, and the breakfat staff was friendly and helpful.

Noise from the hallway, particularly from the ice machine, was noticeable, and overall soundproofing was weak.

Big, clean, and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. We did our laundry at the hotel during our road trip, as the facilities are located inside the building and seemed clean. Conveniently close to Sequoia and a shopping outlet :)

Small pool outside was not clean.

Spotless clean property and room. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful room with microwave and small refrigerator. Wonderful water pressure with nice, hot water. Breakfast area was clean, food was delicious and staff was great!

Front desk staff was very friendly, we got there very late and we were tired, the front desk receptionist answered all of our questions and got us checked in quickly.

The water pressure was very, very weak, and the swimming pool didn't open until 10 am, which didn't give the kids much time to swim since check out is at 11 am. Thankfully, we were given a later check-out (12 noon).

The room was spacious and clean. They serve a nice breakfast with a choice of warm and cold food. The breakfast room was managed attentively. The housekeeping team kept the place in a tidy condition. Plenty of parking space close to the rooms.

The airconditioning unit was not as quiet as one would wish for.

Great location for restaurants and as a base for sequoia park! Room super clean, and modern, bed very comfy Staff super helpful Will stay there again if I come back
