It is a newly renovated property on the way to Sequoia Park. The room are very clean and new. Parking and breakfast are included.

No elevator to the 1st floor so make sure to communicate if you have any issues in advance. During breakfast, nobody was checking the things that were missing to refill them. A little bit expensive considering the location and the service, compared to other BW.

Nice pool and good breakfast. Room was a good size and beds were ok. Had room to dry wet clothes from swimming and it was nice to have a table in the room.

The room was full of mosquitos when we first arrived and we had to go around smacking all of them first before relaxing. Also the bathroom smelled like urine. The grout in the tile looked like it was coming out and not being cleaned properly. I had to wipe the floors with Lysol wipes to feel like we could use the bathroom.

Immaculately clean. Helpful staff. Becky was particularly kind, late in the evening, on her own, dealing with an encrypted international bank card that she'd not seen before. Comfortable bed. Decent room. A well located place to get a good night's sleep within easy reach of the big trees. It's a motel but a really good one.

Price. It's a roadside motel in an agricultural area. It feels like the lack of local competition is being exploited. Breakfast would have been appropriate to a cheaper place.

Complimentary beeakfast - would recommend to add more vegetables and ham/cheese

Location was far from the Sequoia park entrance (1 hour drive). Also did not like the plastic cutlery at the breakfast buffet, it is more a camping style dining than a 3-star hotel. Would definitely recommend to buy a normal cuttlery and plates and glasses, it would be more appropriate to match the price of the room, which was quire high.

The place is very clean. Good option to stay when visiting Sequoia National Park. Spent the day at the park, came back, checked in, drove to Visalia for dinner and returned to our room which was clean and spacious. Love the microwave and the fridge in the room. Breakfast was delicious. The workout room gets you a good workout and the pool is open until 10pm.

A very well kept property. We last stayed here 23 years ago and it has clearly been kept to a high standard since. Large light and well lit rooms with very good facilities. Very effective soundproofing allowed us a great night's sleep on comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

The location is rather bland, but for a night or two it is great.

Very clean and new. Pool was a decent size.breakfast was good. The beds were true queen size. The room had plenty of room in them. Easy 30min drive to the park. Exeter is a beautiful town and we were very impressed.

All outlets work off a single light switch. Rooms need updating. Beds were ok...they were not soft or hard.

A very clean facility, a spacious room with excellent lighting and quick check in and outs. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast with the waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausages.

There was an insect in the room. A little bit far from a lot of things.

THe room was reasonably good size. everything seemed clean. Breakfast was okay - a decent selection. We used the pool and that was unusual for us but we enjoyed it. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure good.

The location was good for the town of Exeter but it was still quite a long drive to the national parks. Sometimes the room temperature was too cold or too hot and we kept adjusting it. Maybe a vent for the bathroom?

Everything was good. I was very pleased with the staff as they were super friendly and helpful. I’m so glad you have a gym, but you need to provide cleaning supplies to wipe down equipment. Just having towels is not helpful
