Friendly and helpful staff. Parking, big and free as in many non megacity US hotels.

Breakfast. After more than 10 US hotels visited it was standard US hotel breakfast, but compared what you get usually in European hotels for breakfast, it was disaster. Conclusion forget about real coffee and normal breakfast in US hotels:)

Great location, clean facility and room. Having a microwave in the room was a bonus even though I didn't use it.

No staff available at the counter when I walked in. I waited ~ 5 minutes and knocked on the administration door twice before someone came out to help me. But the guy who came out was very pleasant and helpful (5 stars for him).

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and I slept well. As full as the hotel was we had no problems with noise from hallway traffic nor from adjacent rooms.

The coffee 😔 The dark roast was not any stronger than the light roast that was being served; I might not stay here again if I find out that coffee is better in another hotel. A dramatic statement, I know… but true.

Staff were very helpful and nice. I like that they text you and you can text them for things you need.

Musty smell. TV is to the side of the bed making it awkward to watch. I made it work though so not a big deal. The Pet fee is too much, I probably won’t stay here again because of it. $75 is too much.

Great-liked that there was hot oatmeal ( my favorite breakfast), disappointed there was not any hard boiled eggs or more flavored greek yogurts, no bananas- The gym was super with both cardio equipment as well as dumbells, medicine balls/box for box jumps & 2 separate areas for working out! Location was great as well for our trip home. Thank you!

As above- the pillows were very soft- both ky husband & I like firm bed pillows.

Guest representative who checked me was courteous and friendly. He was very efficient and check in was fast and smooth. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything my kids and I needed.

Pool was very dirty. Later in the evening we encountered a different guest service rep at the front desk who was very rude to us didn't even make eye contact with us when we approached her to ask her a question.

The bathroom exhaust needed repair as it was making loud noise when turned on and the bathroom door needs attention as it was hard to close/open. Otherwise room was spacious and comfortable.

Love the King Suite room! Can park close to your room and room for a vehicle and cargo trailer!

Check in was at 3:00, we checked in at 4:30 and room wasn’t ready. Waited about 10 minutes and it was ready. They were really nice and apologetic. Also, we booked 3 nights, but hotel only had us in for two nights, had to pay for third night at rack rate, but this was on booking.com, not the hotel!

Very nice customer service and the staff was friendly, good breakfast choices and clean facilities I’ll stay there anytime I need to! Happy New Year! On this first day of 2025, I wish you a year brimming with joy, good health, and prosperity. - for all the staff who were there 😊🙏

My husband and I have stayed here a few times and loved the front desk clerk and have only been charged a deposit fee of 50$ to possibly 100$ maybe the most. This time the clerk said the deposit fee is $200 now. Which didn't seem correct because I have stayed there before and while I was waiting to be checked in I overheard the customer checking in before me for 2 nights and the clerk said her deposit was $100. How is mine $200. That was more than what I paid for the room.
