The room was very comfortable and laid out well. The living room was just inside the front door with comfortable couch and a rolling chair at the desk for office space. 2 comfy foot rests/tables in front of couch made it more relaxing. Heading farther into the room, the sink was in the hallway off to one side while the bathroom was opposite, its wall to close off separating the living room from the bedroom. We chose the 2 queen beds and the beds were very comfortable, 4 pillows per bed. We had a view of the driveway, so we just kept the curtains closed. We weren’t there for the view. The free breakfast was pretty standard, in the very clean and bright dining room. Hot dishes were pancakes, scrambled “eggs”, sausages. You could make your own toast and waffles. Cold and hot cereal available, along with hard boiled eggs, yougurt, juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Overall, a pleasant stay and the staff granted my request for a room close to the ground floor as I can’t do too many stairs. Thankfully, they have an elevator, so it didn’t matter, but the fact is they still honored my request. I will definitely stay here again.

As a member of Choice rewards, I got free bottle of cold water the first day on check-in. Asked for water on checkout, and was given a smaller bottle of room temperature water. Not a big deal, but cold water would have been nicer. Difference in staff, I believe was the issue.

The room was very nice, I especially enjoyed watching TV in the other room so I did not disturb my wife in the morning. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean everything worked, and there was plenty of towels and coffee. The AC worked really well. The staff was nice and the breakfast buffet was a added bonus. I also liked the secured parking.

in our room the refrigerator was located in the bedroom, it should have been located in the separate TV/office room so that the noise from the refrigerator can be isolated in the other room. but the noise was not too bad .

Very well run establishment. There was always a person at the desk. Breakfast was great. Rooms were amazing for the price with a separate living room, two tvs, a couch with two ottomans. Very close to a lot of places to eat, like literally next door, as well as bars with live music.

It would be nice if they have the space, to not place people in adjacent rooms. I can understand if the entire hotel is booked, but I don't think it was.

The front desk woman by the name of Terry was spectacular, she was verry professional,very understanding,extremely accommodating,respectful and super kind. My family and i traveled here for a sudden emergency , we found this place last minute ,and it was super easy to check in. Free breakfast was included in pricing,rooms were clean and spacious. Terry and the rest of the staff were just wonderful and helped us focus on what we were there to do. We lost a family member do to terrible accident and Terry and the staff shared their condolences and respect to our family. I will forever be grateful to Terry, as well as the COMFORT SUITE'S staff in visalia CA. If we are ever in this area ,this will be the only place we stay. THANK YOU SOUCH TERRY AND GOD BLESS AND THE WHOLE STAFF.

The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The checkout lady was rude and seemed like she hated her job. It was nice having the sink on the outside of tub/shower. Nice having an extra sitting area. We liked bars of soap instead of gel.

Breakfast was terrible! Orange juice was only decent offering. The yogurt option had stevia in it. Offer a full sugar option. Shampoo was sooooooooo harsh on our hair.

Exceptional breakfast buffet and the hostess kept everything very neat and clean. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Conveniently located.

The bathroom was very cold and uncomfortable. The handheld shower head was awkwardly positioned in a way that interfered with anyone being able to stand under the shower. Additionally, it was impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room with comfortable beds, classic but well-kept furniture, perfect location near the convention center and highway, and free luggage storage for the day after checkout

Limited parking when arriving late at night, and the breakfast was poor, lacking healthy options, no labeling on food items, and overall quality matched the “free of charge” expectation

Everything was wonderful! It's located near a lot of restaurants. The breakfast offered many different foods. One thing that might be upgraded is the milk. Some people are lactose intolerant. It would be great if the hotel offered soy milk, or oat milk, or almond milk.

The bathroom fan never turned off. This made it difficult to fall asleep each night that we stayed. Also, the hotel wanted the credit card number that Booking.com asked for. Booking.com and the hotel should get on the same page and share the information. I should not have to share my credit card number twice. There is a great chance of being double charged.

The room was very nice, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The neighborhood was good with nice eating places around the corner.

The check-in process was a little wonky, but once I figured out where to park to check-in and the staff helped me to park in the free hotel area I was good! Also, the room had 2 TVs, but the one across from the bed didn't work. Not a big loss though.

Everything was great, spacious room, good WiFi and great staff. Compliments to the nice man who works at the kitchen, he dropped me off at the airport when I didn’t arrange transportation.
