The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and nice. The cooler was onnso the room was nice and cool.

They ran out of cookies. The breakfast eggs had cheese, and I cannot eat cheese. At 7am, they ran out of banana or chocolate muffins and only had blueberry. On the 2nd day at breakfast, the pancake machine would not make pancakes. The machine said to check the bag and there was no one to assist. I opened the machine and rolled the bag so it would squeeze the mix out to make the pancakes.

My sister and I have stayed here before. That's why we chose to stay here. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

We wanted to get in the hot tub, but there was a big crowd in the area. The kids were jumping in the out of the hot tub so we chose not to get in.

Breakfast provided (and the staff member was very attentive) and convenient location to where we had to go.

No towel bar or hooks for hanging up towel before and after shower in the bathroom. Room placement (noisy neighbors and upstairs had someone running around).

Breakfast was very good. Staff were polite and professional. Pool was great for our kids. Location suited us very well as a stay between Sequoia and Yosemite. Beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet area not too close to busy roads.

We liked everything

The beds were very comfortable, the room was large, the facilities were nice. The outdoor hot tub was great. I did not go in the cold outdoor pool. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. The bed was comfortable. The maids didn't knock and wake you up. (even when we forgot the Do Not Disturb sign.)

the manager was super sweet! she went above and beyond for us. we got a new room as we were next to a wedding party.. kids couldn’t sleep.. so she gave us a bag of pop corn and then the woman who did the room made a heart on our bed. it was sweet.

the location isn’t great but it’s better then nothing. nothing you can do about that.. so it is what it is. not any one fault.

Clean, well maintained. Helpful and nice front desk receptionist. Above average breakfast.

It is not about the hotel itself. Sometimes, there was freight train noise at night time.

Easy access to where we needed to go. Pet friendly and staff are always helpful and cheerful.

i think that everything was excellent, more than i expected. front desk personel were polite and helpfull. i will look forward on my next trip and will look forward in using your facility. i will definety recomend you with my friends.
