Very clean facility and room, excellent customer service for arrival and departure, very good breakfast, gym was small but got the job done, staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is not convenient for arrival and the rooms facing the highway are horrible with regards to blocking sound and noise from the highway and freight train. We had to move at 1:30 AM to another room on the opposite side of the hotel so that we could sleep. I highly recommend that if you are a light sleeper to request a room on the opposite side of the highway. You won't regret it.

breakfast was good, hot and cold options. Room was clean and comfortable. The price on booking.com was significantly lower than if I had booked directly (which I looked at first).

The room faced the freeway, and the noise from traffic was pretty loud -- in fact, I checked to make sure the window wasn't open when I first got into my room. Although there were housekeepers in the hallway, they did not come into my room during the 4 hours I was away, and did not knock on my door during the time I was there to see if I needed anything. I didn't, so not a problem, saved me a housekeeping tip.

This was just a quick overnight stay (unfortunately as the place was fabulous!) to break up the drive home. It was our first time here but certainly won’t be our last! Exceptionally clean & friendly! Close to the freeway and restaurants. The bed was super comfy and the tv was sooo big and nice! The fridge was larger than most too! We didn’t have breakfast but my Dad loved the coffee to go!

The way to get to the entrance was poorly indicated at night. The hot tub was lukewarm and not hot. There could have been bottled water offered in the room, which I have found in places at that price.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained and the location is close by all necessary travel amenities. I’ve stayed previously when visiting family in the area and I deeply appreciate the friendliness of the staff, the proximity to restaurants , grocery stores and the downtown area as well as the property’s comfort and well maintained facilities.

The beds were comfortable, and the room had a great bathroom. The facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were excellent! Breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely book here again.

Didn’t really have a chance to eat breakfast my sister’s vehicle was broken into that night and golf clubs stolen. Everyone was a little upset over everything. I would suggest maybe having more cameras and possibly more lighting. Maybe the Kingsburg Police Dept. could pass through a few times. There were 3 vehicles broken into that night. The hotel was very nice and this is no reflection on the hotel but it was very upsetting.

Everything was good about the hotel except your access to it especially when it’s dark and you are not familiar with the area. Could have better signage after getting off the freeway and lighting.

The breakfast was great! The staff that was working the complimentary breakfast were the best. They were so fast and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such great service from hotel staff, not just towards us but they were very helpful and accommodating to other groups/families during breakfast! There was also a 24 hours coffee station which was AMAZING!

The location of our room was on the first floor next to the exit. We had room 102. Room 101 would have been better, because of the freeway noise.

Like the old saying "location, location, location." We have family in Kingsburg. And we have stayed at the Fairfield Inn many times over the years.
