They work with me on my check in time but had to pay 20 dollars to get in early.hope they work with me because I didn't know that I have book for the same date on my room hope they will let me change it to today.

It will be wrong if they don't when I paid already and why would I pay for two rooms on the same day when I am in one and its just me and my husband .

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly I was alone all by myself and didn't know where I was I had never been to Fresno before and they were able to help me figure out the city bus and everything they even stored my stuff while I went and had my visit and kept it safe for me while I was gone I'd love to stay there again there was a point in my trip or I thought I was going to be stranded and I was crying and the manager was very nice she sat there and told me everything was going to be okay and not to worry all around just wonderful people I was very happy with my stay and can't wait to see them again

Awesome customer service it was nice and quiet and I would definitely say that I would gladly rent from Fresno inn again in the future and I would recommend it to all my friends and family

Laurie is an absolute pleasure to work with and very professional and Rafa is very kind and courteous.

The Staff there is what keeps me coming back! Shakil & Mile are absolutely amazing! They are very helpful, understanding and always greet me with a smile! They truly make you feel comfortable and make me feel like family! Those 2 are the only reason I keep returning!

There is a office guy who's so rude. He works night unsure of name. Location isn't the best

The over all cost is the best around. And the staff are wonderful I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend staying there to all my family and friends

The a/c was not working properly

There was no breakfast but the location is right by freeway and is good for going out at restraunts

I didn't like the wifi really hard and didn't get on at all.i mean it would be nice to use the wifi

a lot of people were walking around late at night so it got us a little nervous

Was helping someone who was injured and the staff was amazing in helping us for the night. Place does not look like much. But it is full of compassion and love.
