Great location next to the airport.

Found out when I got home that the hotel charged over $96 to my credit card. Not sure why. I'll be calling the hotel.

The place is an older building a very short way away from the airport. For all that it is close to the airport it is pretty quiet. While I mentioned that the building was older, I don't mean in any way not well maintained, a bit dated but still nice and well cared for. We didn't interact with the staff much but they were professional/polite and friendly when we did. Room was decently sized over all. Pillows were the right amount of soft but not too full of flat. Well worn but not run down and the room had plenty of hot water. The view from our room looked out on to the inner courtyard area with the pool and we had a nice little balcony to our room. We didn't eat at the restaurant but there is one in the premises and it smelled pretty tasty. The pool that is on the property looked like it would be enjoyable to use and seemed well maintained but was closed for the season as we are getting into the colder months and it is an outdoor pool. Reasonably priced and had a large amount of parking at the property for guests.

The toilet was shorter than necessarily super comfortable (some members of our party are 6'1"). The beds were firmer than we might have chosen for ourselves, not impossibly hard but we woke a little stiff. Because of the older well worn of the place electrical outlets in the room weren't as easy to come by in convenient areas. We would have been fine if we hadn't had someone with a medically necessary sleep breathing machine that needed to be beside the bed (it was not a hardship to be able to plug in all our devices. We just had to have some of them farther away then we might have liked and had to actively look for other plugs).

The front desk staff was good this was the first time we've been here and Zack stepped up and offered his help before we can ask for it . Zach really made are night easier I did not want to climb the steps with all are belongings we were very tired if it wasn't for Zach giving us great customer service I would have canceled are stay. I am a sales representative and it's all about customer service. Way to go Zach for going the extra mile.

What we didn't like there was no elevator and only one cart bring your stuff in from the car into the rooms

We just spent a few hours in the hotel room, in the middle of the night, between two flights. The room was perfect for that purpose : clean and extremly close to the airport with a free shuttle 24/7 as well as the reception. It was extremly easy to communicate with them.

I guess they haven't remodel the rooms and the hotel for a very long time ;) that is the only negative point that we have found.

The facilities were clean and the rooms were comfortable at a very reasonable price. The restaurant offered reasonably priced, well prepared food for a reasonable price. The complimentary breakfast actually was table service rather than a buffet. I've never had a complimentary breakfast with table service.

The facilities were dated. This is minor, as everything functioned properly.

The location was clean. All necessary amenities plus some. The site was clean and well maintained. It was quiet and the rooms were pretty large. They had a microwave and mini fridge, which was nice! Clean bathrooms and overall, we were really happy with our stay! Would stay again.

The parking lot around back is a little sketch looking. Backs up to a gas station. Doesn’t feel super safe but we had no issues. The pillows were not great which is a bummer and we only had two towels in a room we booked for four.

always a great value a little old but always clean and comfortable for the money and of course convenient to airport and freeway access while being away from the freeway and little to zero noise from airport - good "local bar" too sounds funny but the bar atmosphere is always friendly and the restaurant and cafe are very good as well. security is important and there is 24/7 security always diligently on hand.

This is the ‘old school’ style of hotel, in an older area but close enough to airport to not have many ‘undesirables’ in parking lot. Large rooms, clean, friendly, free parking, bfst restaurant.

They don’t clean the room unless you ask, even then didn’t clean, oh well. Carpets very tired and just an older property but worth the rate.

I loved that there were two sinks in the room. One guest can be using the outside sink to brush teeth etc and the inside sink can be used by another guest that needs to use the shower

I didn't like that there were not enough luggage carts. When I was ready to check out there were no carts, so I had to make multiple trips to my car. When I checked in, I only saw 2 carts

Bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. There was a coffee machine and refrigerator which I liked.

The check in was at 3:00, and they would not check you in any sooner it had to be exactly at 3:00. Most Hotels I have stayed let you check in earlier if the rooms were available but not Piccadilly.
