The location is perfect. There are many restaurants and stores at a walking distance.

The pool water wasn't as clean. The beds are not very comfortable, and I think they need to change up the breakfast menu. Receptionists need to be more welcoming and friendly.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. We were given free bottled water and free snacks upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a full kitchen complete with silverware , mugs and plates. The tv had netflix and worked well. Free breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of options. We will definitely stay here again.

A few very minor things we would change. The shower head needs to be replaced. It doesn’t spray well at all and the pressure was low. The conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty. 2 more pillows would have been nice. We are a family of 4 that each likes 2 pillows each but, that’s a personal preference. Not the hotels issue. :) :)

The hotel provided an excellent stay with professional and helpful staff. Despite full occupancy, the rooms remained quiet and comfortable. Each of the three reserved rooms featured two queen beds, a full kitchen, and a pull-out couch, offering ample space. The accommodations were well-stocked with bathroom and kitchen amenities, enhancing the overall experience. A highly recommended place to stay.

really lovely spot to stay to go on a run/ walk on the adjacent trail! the breakfast in the morning was so good! check-in/ out times were generous. clean, comfortable room with spacious appliances. i was surprised at the full size refrigerator

the parking lot was under construction, so we had to park a bit far at night. the building is situated by 2+ other similar looking hotels, so it can be a little confusing to find. the newness/ cookie cutter buildings feels like the area lacks character/ charm, very suburban

The breakfast was good. I wanted a choice of eggs and bacon, but there were choices available. I especially appreciated the fruit, which I took for a snack later.

Well, how about a shuttle to the airport? We spent a lot on taxes. Perhaps, we should have rented a car. An additional $80 was required of me when we checked in. I was told the money would be refunded. I haven't seen the refund yet. Please let me know when I can expect it. - Thanks.

I liked how clean and convenient it was to the event we were attending. Also the water and refreshments at front desk available upon arrival was a plus. Staff is really nice. Especially housekeeping.

We couldn't check in until after 430 pm coz our rooms weren't ready. According to front desk it wasn't ready because of a basketball team leaving or checking out late.

Breakfast was tasty and convenient. Small thing, but important if you're a coffee drinker - I LOVED that you had liquid creamer for the rooms and I got extra decafs throughout the stay just for the asking.

The first room had barking dog on the first floor, and smelled musty. Staff was able to move me to another room that smelled clean. We did not get snacks or water, since for Hilton members only. I did not have my member card and did not make a big deal out of it.

Quite the surprise in Clovis - Very comfortable and well equipped kitchenette WITH DISHWASHER!!!!!1 - our next stays will be here instead of airbnb's. There are even two large apparently guest-accessible pro gas grills outside in a nice patio area next to the saltwater pool.

The Hilton Honors app requires some work. It logged me out and would not allow me to log back in at all right in front of the door. Thankfully I had asked for keycards. This app committed a cardinal sin that I have not experienced with hotel keycards in about a decade and a half.

Absolutely everything. My kids loved it! We loved it! We are a family with 4 kids and finding a good, clean, safe and kid friendly place to rest after hours of driving is hard to find. This made our stay so enjoyable and can’t wait to return next year.
