The staff goes above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. The gal at the front desk who checked us in was wonderful. Even helped me fix my iphone. ABOVE and BEYOND. Super breakfast, the pancake machine was a kick. A lot of choices of breakfast food.

The smell of the room needed a little help, a little musty but everything else was great.

Cleanings and comfort

I didn't like the noise was made this morning 08-17-2025 around 7am . It was a job of tree pruning. I thik it wasn't the time and the day to do that kind of job on sunday . I was expecting to sleep a little longer that day because it was mas last day, but l get that surprise. I think it was inappropriate the day and the time.

East freeway access for the event and family visits.

This is petty, but if the coffee carafe isn’t working, Reno e it so guest aren’t driving the staff crazy with questions of what is going on with coffee. This was not as well ran breakfast fast on Sunday as others I have stayed in. Over all food was good and hot when available.

The breakfast lady not in good mood she was annoyed that I ask for help with the pancakes machines that wasn’t pouring the batter she didn’t want to refill the bacon that was out probably until later in idk, but we need other hotels and the breakfast staff is pretty nice except here she didn’t want to be there I guess

This is our regular place to stay while visiting Clovis. Hotel has a consistency of comfort. Quiet, clean for sleep. Complementary breakfast is better than others for comparative cost hotel. Parking is not a problem.

I have no complaints. (Be ready for 100$ deposit).

The room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked for late check-out. The hot breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn’t like was how stuffy and Hot the hall way was getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor and the elevator was stuffy and Hot other than that great hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

When I made the reservation I requested to check in a few hours earlier, and no one ever responded to my request. Also our room was not ready till 1 hour after check in time.

We enjoyed the location it was close to our family. Everything was clean! No hairs on the pillows or sheets. The day bed/couch was also crumb free. Thank you!!!

My hubby thought the breakfast could be better.

Everything was great! Breakfast was wonderful each morning. My room was massive and wonderful. Bed was like sleeping on clouds and there were 2 different types of pillows on the bed that were identified on the pillow cases. I found that to be unique and very much appreciated.

The pool was inundated by a large (20+) group of teenagers on the 2nd night. They were loud and kept throwing a tennis ball that nearly hit me in the head (I was in the hot tub with my granddaughter) several times. I asked them to please be more aware of where they were throwing the ball to which one of them replied with "I don't care". My granddaughter and I got out of the hot tub after 10 minutes and went back to my room. I didn't complain to anyone as their coach was sitting inside where he could see them.
