Everything was great! Breakfast was wonderful each morning. My room was massive and wonderful. Bed was like sleeping on clouds and there were 2 different types of pillows on the bed that were identified on the pillow cases. I found that to be unique and very much appreciated.

The pool was inundated by a large (20+) group of teenagers on the 2nd night. They were loud and kept throwing a tennis ball that nearly hit me in the head (I was in the hot tub with my granddaughter) several times. I asked them to please be more aware of where they were throwing the ball to which one of them replied with "I don't care". My granddaughter and I got out of the hot tub after 10 minutes and went back to my room. I didn't complain to anyone as their coach was sitting inside where he could see them.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

When I made the reservation I requested to check in a few hours earlier, and no one ever responded to my request. Also our room was not ready till 1 hour after check in time.

Very clean and nice staff. Good area too, easy access to a lot of stores and restaurants. Good breakfast selection too.

The only thing we didn’t like was how slow the elevators were after we pushed the button and waited for multiple minutes.

The room was large and spacious with nice natural light coming from the large windows facing the main boulevard. The temperature in the room was perfect, comfy beds, nice and quiet. We didn't try the breakfast

The initial greet could have been a little bit more welcoming. I said "hello, we have a reservation" and the response was "I need your ID and a credit card"

It was a decent place to stay. I didn’t have any big issues come up. My room was clean & stocked.

The staff aren’t very helpful or friendly. I interacted with several at different times & each person acted like I was bothering them. I did not feel welcome during my stay.

The rooms were very clean, beds were soft, and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had in a while.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great. No issues or complaints from me or my family.

Super comfortable mattress, perfectly clean, bathroom very updated and ADA compliant. Quiet. Friendly staff, great variety of food at breakfast with lots of seating and a bright open place to eat with a television.

the blind was broken and would not close in our room.

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, close to food places and the freeway. Our room was very comfortable. The room was also well lit. The staff for check-n and departure were very helpful.

The breakfast was ok. The eggs were not appealing. However thankful to be able to have the turkey sausage, fruit and yogurt. I would suggest a waffle iron instead of a pancake maker.

The staff was very friendly, we were just there for a quick stop overnight before hitting the airport early the next morning. The room was clean and much bigger than I expected. The shower was hot and the room had a coffee maker and microwave.

Rooms were large & clean. Hotel is centrally located. Staff were helpful

Air conditioning in our room worked excellent the 1st night, then stopped working the 2nd night. The staff asked if we wanted another room but we toughed it out because we were tired & just didn't want to pack up all our stuff & relocate. It wasn't that bad for the effort...lol.
