My friend and I have stayed here 3 times now and if I have to come back this way again, I'm sure we will stay here again. The staff is nothing but kind and helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean. The AC was wonderful (it was so hot when we stayed), and the location is perfect. Not to mention, the price has been really affordable every time we've stayed. Very reasonable. We haven't had it, but they also offer a complimentary breakfast and the pool looks nice and inviting (haven't been able to try it out but hopefully, next time). Honestly, if anyone is looking to stay in Fresno, I recommend this hotel. There's nothing particularly fancy or special about it, but I'm not always looking for anything like that. For a room and a shower for a night or two, it's exactly what I need.

well to be honest the think i like the most is the fenced in parking lot the lobby area was nice clean the check it was very nice the food breakfast was very nice enough to put something in your belly the room was older room ,but it was clean and had enough ,microwave, fridge nice selection on the television ,and outside hotel ,starbucks ,subway,mcdonalds within 5 minutes walk so it was very easy to get a quick bite .

BUT BIG problem i made on line ,on booking and had options to pay when you arrive ,but i guess ,the night before i left ,they started trying to charge my card ,over and over again so of corse my credit card company thought it was fraud ,and denied my reservation ,lucking i was in town early ,hoping around town ,i get a phone call and was told they were going to cancel my reservation at 1 pm if i didn't pay ,so i headed over to the hotel asap to pay when i got there ,i figured ok ill pay for the room ,and then they say OK WE NEED TO CHARGE you extra 20 dollars for early check in which i thought are you kidding me but i was there

We love it here best price in the country & state of California very friendly but I will say the mattress need to be up graded then the hotel would be a 20 start rather then that extra extra amazing

HATE THE MATTRESS THEY NEED A UPGRADE BAD BAD LIKE THERE IS NO COMFORT WEHEN YOUR HERE FOR STAY OR PLAY WITH THE FAMILY YOU NEED A GOID BED FOR REST. #2 BREAKFAST IS AMAZING BUT 9AM IS NOT SHORT OF TOME 6AM TO 10AM ARE THE BEST HOTEL BREAKFAST HOURS WE STAY AT ALOT OF HIGH END PROPERTY'S & THEY ALWAYS STAY OPEN TO 10AM OR EVEN 10.30AM BUT RATHER THEN THESE 2 CONCERNS EVERYTHING IS AMAZING HERE.

Quiet, clean and safe.

There was one situation where I accidentally locked my key in my room and went to the front desk and nobody was there at all … I had to wait along with a few other guests for about 30 min … I even called and let the phone ring hoping someone would hear and come to the phone but that didn’t work either … however when the young at the front desk finally returned … she was very apologetic and said she was helping another guest at the time and she was the only one on duty that day other then that … I would stay again.

Convenient location on major street at freeway exit area. Close to nearby destination on Saturday morning. Nice lobby. Apartment style layout of separate buildings is interesting. Good size pool area and grass area in between the sets of buildings. Front desk staff found a 9 volt battery for the smoke detector which was beeping upon entry and replaced. Prior battery (left in the bedside table drawer) might still work properly but it may have been loosened or not properly secured.

Good idea to bring along a favorite pillow as noted in previous reviews. Pillows provided are okay but a bit lumpy. Outlet cover at east side of the bed for the table is a newer style with phone charger slots but the standard plug for the clock radio did not stay securely tight in the socket. Bathroom did not have an extra roll of toilet paper as is common practice in most hotels. Furnishings are a bit old fashioned and upgrades could make rooms much better.

The staff is phenomenal, the rooms are comfortable and clean.

I don’t like that even though the room was paid in full, they still charge me an additional $50.00 at check in. I don’t have the extra money to spend, so it’s caused problems for me at times. They eventually refund the money, but it takes several days. The rooms are a little bit rundown, missing or chipped counters, not a lot of variety in tv channels. It’s expensive for what you get.

The young man that worked Friday night 8/23/2025 I think his name was Manny. He did everything in his power to help my boyfriend get in his room with no success.

The supervisor didn't override the $50 deposit even though the room was already paid for. Yes the room was booked by a 3rd party, but it was still paid for. There was a glitch on my end & couldn't use my ATM for the $50 deposit. My boyfriend was there for business.

Service was great staff was so nice to me n I enjoy myself I will stay there again .I booked hotel again for next month love it there sleep so good .

Shower bed, pool , the hot tub, n room so quiet,but I had some one keep knocking at my door n they got n my the main door I don't know how they got in without a card . And I had a friend there with me cause I was scared they were weird need security at night it's lot crackheads be back of hotel cause I seen them all.

The comfort, quietness and discreetness of the hotel.

There is no 24 hour services for amenities, if you need anything past a certain time you will need to leave your hotel room and make it to the lobby. It didn’t affect my stay at all but I will say that is something I would’ve liked, I needed towels and had to leave the room after my shower.

The Ramada lnn north was very very nice. The staff were nice, not just to me, but l watched not for any specific reason, just waiting in the lobby. They were still accommodating. This was the morning, late afternoon Crew. If my comment are low on a few l did not address my concerns to front desk so you can't charge them 😞 it was me not going back and change my last room in which l stayed. That's all so don't draw anything into it. They would have fixed the problem, l do believe. They do need to have bathroom access in the lobby. Even if you have to have a key but that is just courtesy. Also you don't want a guess to not have access to the facilities that are not in their room. Such as the bathroom in particular only. The pool was emaculant! I have seen many different pools, this one is high up there for cleanliness and inviting you to jump in! ☺️🤣
