The bed is comfortable, the room is overall clean and comfortable. The location is a bit sketchy but we only spent one night in between visiting Yosemite and Kings Canyon and Sequoia national parks so it was just at the right distance for us. We were so tired that we didn’t hear the noisy street outside.

I agree with comments I read about this place being close to a very noisy street, but as I said above, we were so tired that it didn’t bother us at all.

Many food options close by. 10 minutes from downtown. Clean rooms! Free breakfast.

There should be a noise notice for quiet time after 10pm or even 11pm. Neighbor constantly stepped out of her room, stood at the balcony, and was yelling at her guy down in the parking lot. Not much breakfast options. Don't let the pictures fool you. There is NOT a fridge and microwave in every room...keep that in mind.

Your front desk person was AWESOME. She was very professional yet spent the time to explain everything and even gave us a map and detailed instructions to the back parking lot. After coming in tired from a long drive it was really nice to see such a friendly face.

The lack of parking. While the back parking lot was safe it was very annoying to have to drive around and park back there. I understand there isn't much that you can do but the night we pulled in there were several large vehicles taking up two spots. Those vehicles should have been asked to park around back as they needed to take up multiple spots

Breakfast was nice. Room was very clean. Location was right where we needed it for a Fresno State graduation.

Need more light in the room. One of the light bulbs was out between the beds. When the front desk was called, we were told nothing could be done because no maintenance person was working. So we took the light bulb from the desk lamp and put it in the bedside light. All they had to do was hand us a light bulb. We could have replaced the bulb without needing a maintenance person.

We stayed here 3 years ago on our trip to Yosemite & Lake Tahoe. It has a good location.

We were a little surprised to find out that they still have a cabinet for fridge and microwave, but the appliances have been removed. This time we did not need them, but it was nice to have them last time, and other guests might find them useful. (I really hope somebody was not stealing them though).

New and fresh. Comfortable Bed and the linen was luxurious! Breakfast was delicious. They were pet friendly. We were in Fresno with a illness in my family. They were so accommodating. We have stayed twice in a month. Plan on making it our go to hotel!

I think a refrigerator and Microwave should be in Most rooms. And the cost should be reasonable. My stay on July 17th the 18th cost me a meal for my family. It spoiled.

That a few weeks before I made the reservation, I asked if there was a refrigerator and Microwave in the rooms. I was told yes. But I was never told that there was an extra charge.

Breakfast was good the cook was very nice and the best of all the reason I booked this hotel was because of the reviews all other hotels that were $75 or less all reviews said they have roaches this one above $90 had no bugs and the rooms were very clean I enjoyed my stay I will definitely go again I highly recommend this hotel my opinion for cleanliness and great location is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are a senior couple. We have stayed here because we live 50 miles away near Mariposa. We come to Fresno for medical, bowling, shopping and restaurants. We feel safe, it is convenient to everything and the staff is great 24 hrs a day. This is family friendly and has handicapped rooms. Need a goodnights sleep, breakfast, parking in front of your room. Chubby's restaurant across the street is great, Bowlero Bowling within a block, Shoppimg Centers and the Front Desk has booklets with sights to visit in Fresno. There are fancy hotels near the airport with pool, gym, etc. We have stayed there but we would challenge them when you are looking for safety, family atmosphere, excellent breakfast and VALUE this is your best bet.

We do not have anything to complain about. The rooms are adequate size and remodeled recently. If we had children I might want a grass area for them or your pets?. Ithink they have pets allowed. I do know that you have to pay a huge fine if you do not tell them you have a pet. We have allergies and I have never had any scent of an animal or smoking. I would also mention the air/heat system is great too. Works well and just loud enough to blur sounds of street. We always ask for ground floor and park our car right in front.
