The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The location was near restaurants and a mall shopping center. CVS was also located in the same parking lot.

The jacuzzi was not working during my visit. The sofa bed also doesn’t lift from the floor. It’s a twin bed that stays on the floor. 🙁 Also, it shares a parking lot with another hotel so parking is congested at night.

I like how I walked into the front desk and they were so respectful and they got me into my room without any hassle. In the room was really nice everything worked, everything was ready for my family and I. When my family and I went swimming there was fresh towels outside for us that was really awesome I am very appreciate that. The breakfast was phenomenal my whole family and myself was blown how much it accommodated all of our needs from my 6-year-old to my 16 year old and us adults. The food would be almost finished and they bring out some more fresh food so it's never gone until it's clean up time which I appreciate. Definitely going back and we told all of our friends and family this is definitely a good place to stay. It's family-friendly which is very hard to find these days. My husband and my boys enjoyed the gym inside the hotel as well.

I don't really have anything that I didn't like the parking was okay it was kind of hard to find parking a few times I think that's the only thing that I would say is better parking lot maybe.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. They had a mini fridge, microwave, and decent coffee 😉. The pool was really nice! It's also heated in case you go during a cooler season. The breakfast was pretty good. Lots to choose from 😊. The hotel is also close to shopping and medical offices (which is why we were there). My kids had a blast!

There's nothing I didn't like. Everyone and everything was amazing!

The staff was great and they were able to accommodate our schedule by allowing us to check in early. We needed extra pillows and the evening staff was awesome he gave us 3 extra pillows.

Breakfast was good but they were out of hot food and it took a little more time to bring out food.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The moveable furniture helped make it fun to buy food from Whole Foods and eat it in the suite while watching a movie. Also nice breakfast in the morning . 5-10 minute drove to a really nice shopping center with lots of nice stores & restaurants. (Including Whole Foods) Also a beautiful Wellness Center nearby with yoga classes, massage and other holistic therapies.

The shape of the suite was odd. The living room area & bedroom area was in an L shape. The bedroom was long and skinny and in front of it was also a narrow rectangular area where the couch was. It seemed kind of weird. Other than that, everything was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was wonderful and the pool stayed open until 11pm

Only thing I can complain about was the pool not having any kind of shade. We got so burnt but other then that it was an all around wonderful stay

Breakfast was good and also offered a good selection of foods as well!

My only complaint was difficulty to get the heating unit to turn on. Every I tried to turn on the heat, the air conditioner always turned on and I couldn't find a way on the control panel to turn off the air.

The Springhill Suites Hotel was expensive, but it was comfortable. The beds were not that good. They did hurt our backs, but we have bad backs all the time. The staff was excellent during our stay. The parking was good and the location is excellent for Fresno.

The beds could be a lot more comfortable. My husband and I both woke up with terrible backaches but other than that they were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Fresno.

Breakfast good variety and pleasant food. Room spacious. Bed comfortable. Quiet. Staff courteous and friendly. A functional gym with variety of equipment.

Apples at breakfast brown and mushy. Hand towel had makeup on it.

The breakfast was great, I liked that there were so many options available to choose from ! In addition, the hours for the pool and exercise room were also very accommodating. Finally, the room was so spacious, which made me feel very comfortable.

If it is possible, next trip I will request more towels to be available. We ran out quicker than expected, and thankfully we did receive more once we asked, but it would be nice not to have to ask. They were very quick though in getting us what we needed, no matter what it was.
